We were in the area as my son graduated from CU - Boulder and we wanted to be out of the craziness of Boulder on graduation weekend. What a perfect spot! The views, river, and deck were great! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Wifi did not work as advertised but that was ok. We just headed down to Lyons to a hot spot there when we needed it. Might be just a glitch in their satellite wifi.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! Very beautiful location. Loved the sound of the water rushing through the stream. The singing birds were glorious to the ears. The beds, sheets, towels - all high quality. Very clean - modern - everything we needed. The only negative - we called about extending our stay - it was booked! I can understand why - I'll definately go back to this home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I lived in this home full-time for 8 years as I remodeled it, and look forward to retiring here. I've hosted many of my own family reunions here over the years -- fantastic convenient and tranquil location!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
I love to watch the variety of birds in the tree outside the dining room window, and the hummingbirds on the deck in the summer. Wildlife is abundant, with deer, elk, and fox all visiting routinely!
