  We do a family vacation every year in lew of Christmas presents. This was a fantastic Christmas present!! The boat had everything we needed and was in a great location. We rate our trips every year and this one received 4 stars. I would recommend more deck chairs upstairs. There were enough for us but 2 of them are rather worn.

  Wow! We had a great time on the Not Big Enough. The boat is even nicer than it looks in the video. Clean, beautifully furnished, well-equipped and comfortable. There were 6 of us - my husband and me plus four 20 something kids. Highlights were hanging out/sunning on the top deck, apres beach drinks whirled in the blender, watching the sunset from the hot tub. Great tv's, which we hardly used since we were having too much fun! We cooked dinner at home a couple of nights, including fresh fish from the Eaton St. Market that we grilled. So delicious. We did have a car to drive into Key West, which I would recommend. We also rented bikes from WeCycle just down the street. Our favorite restaurant, Hogfish Grill is just down the road from the yacht club. Not to be missed! After a tough stretch of weather/events in Boston, this vacation was just what the doctor ordered.

  Absolutely the most wonderful boat we have ever been on. All the attention to detail and every amenity you could ever want was on the boat. Didn't want to leave after a week, the time just flew by. So clean and so relaxing. Have been telling our friends about our vacation and some of them think it would be a great time for them also. Thank you so much for the great customer service.   We loved every minute of our stay on "Not Big Enough" and only wished we could have stayed longer. The boat and marina are delightful -- beautiful views, spacious inviting interiors, decks for every occasion and time of day. Just staying on the boat in the Marina would have provided a wonderful vacation! The heart of Key West is about 20 minutes away which was easy to get to and provided entertainment, then we could retreat to the tranquil beauty of the boat when we were finished. We concluded that next time (and there WILL be a next time) we'll fly directly into Key West and have more time on the boat, instead of spending 2 days driving down and back from Miami. The booking agent and all concerned are meticulous, accommodating, and add to the pleasure of this experience.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Our position seems to be one of graciousness, kindness, full service event planning, and warm courtesy. There are times when everything just works. Our guests have been the most successful highlights for promotions that we could ask for. After all it is most certainly about our guest. We even received a nice photo showing Kristin in a lounge chair on the deck with a coffee mug that said "It's all about Me". We believe she is right.   I should start by saying that I booked this property 15 months in advance because I was traveling with friends to celebrate BIG ZERO birthdays...a 40th and a 50th...and these were birthdays of our wives. I have not mentioned yet that this was a complete surprise to both as to where we would be staying. After a near perfect drive thru the keys we arrived at Key West Harbour Yacht club....still they had no idea where we would be staying. I told everyone that I wanted to see the yachts on the docks and go for a walk and the group begrudgingly followed along. Then as their patience was about to run out with me dragging them for a boondoggle, I announced "This is it!".....mouths open...speechless! Still incredulous, they came aboard but were curious to see the inside. I handed them the key and they walked inside......"WOW" was the overwhelming response. As we boarded the boat there is seating area with a grill that seats six and overlooks the mangroves with yachts on each side. Once inside, there is a fantastic wrap around couch which faces a big screen TV. This room is very large and has a spacious dining and kitchen area . Additionally, it has two bathrooms and three bedrooms which were all fantastic with wood interior and lots of windows. The real show stopper was the upper deck which has a seating area overlooking the ocean, a hot tub, chasse lounges and wraparound views of the marina filled with yachts. The boat is spotless inside and out and it is hard to come away without being completely impressed. This vessel enjoys million dollar views in a tranquil setting....ocean birds gliding,trees swaying in the wind, the sun dancing off the water and magnificent sunsets. At the end of the dock there is a giant tiki hut overlooking the entry to the marina and gateway to the ocean where everyone gathers for a morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. It is just a short cab ride to Duval street and the night life of Key West or a day exploring the shops and galleries. Must sees for first timers are The Hogfish Grill,(aps/dinner/entertainment) Blue Heaven(fantastic breakfast) Southernmost Cafe(Breakfast on the beach), Sloppy Joe's(night life), Hog's Breath(nightlife), and of course the Mallory Dock sunset celebration.That list hardly scratches the surface of all that KW has to offer. Many Thanks to Lee and Sue for an EPIC vacation! We can't wait to come back to paradise!!

However, You are to be commended first of all for keeping a secret for 15 months, and begrudgingly dragging your guest to the “Yacht Club” Handing them the key and saying “This is it”. Their response “WOW”, your words. “A real show stopper”, (The upper deck with chasse lounges, a hot tub, wraparound view of the ocean & marina filled with yachts). We know “Your words” (perhaps a correspondent, journalist, novelist, in disguise. The boat is spotless. You can credit our Property manager Jeri for this. “Million dollar view, in a tranquil setting”. (Please allow us to use this in our brochure). Ocean birds gliding, swaying trees, now we are embarrassed. You said an “Epic Vacation! We can’t wait to come back to Paradise”. Do I have to do this Job; No I get to do this Job. Catching Reel Dreams is the name and goal for many Vacationers, Revelers, and Families. You sir have provided us with documentation that we have accomplished this Dream for many.   This was a double bucket list trip: go to Key West & stay on a House Boat. This was a great place to stay while visiting Key West. Close to the action yet very pieceful at night. Everything that was advertised and more. A lot of room for 6 adults, one of which was 6' 10". Would definately recommend it to all!

You seem to be a person who appreciates the efforts the owner, property manager, and many others assistants have put into your comfort and satisfaction. This Houseboat (Not Big Enough) is the 83 foot instrument used by "Catching Reel Dreams" to make many DREAMS come true. You actually waited 90 days to say, not just something nice, but something wonderful. Please pass our appreciation on to your guest for us.   The location of the houseboat is PERFECT. we were able to watch a concert at the club on Saturday night and kayaking out the marina was very easy. The pictures do not do the property justice... it is better in person! LOCATION was excellent- it was less than a 15 min drive to Key West(even with construction) Definatly worth every penny and more. Jeri was very helpful with getting the wifi set up. The property was clean and had everything we needed. it is simply the best spot in the marina!!! and we will definatly be keeping this property in mind for our next trip to the Keys. Also, Sue was very informative and helpful with the whole process from booking, to payment, check-in and overall attention to every detail!!! Thank you for everything:)

  The pleasure was all ours. The owners goal is to provide more on the water rental to people who simply want to enjoy lifes luxuries. We cannot take credit for the view nor the picturesque sunsets, however, the houseboat was pulled out for maintenance in March 2012 and painted underneath. We also installed a brand new Hot Tub for everyones pleasure. Thanks again for staying with us we hope to visit with you in the keys soon. Sue Gorman Owner,

  We just left and are already planning our next trip back . Everything was amazing. The views, the boat, kayaks, fishing , sunsets . Boat looked like new. It offers a little bit for everyone our husbands fished all day off the dock while we lounged around. We had a 9 month old baby with us very spacious for her to crawl about inside. I would highly recommend this boat. The owners are also a pleasure to deal with they couldn't be more helpful. Thanks so much guys..... Hopefully you'll be seeing us very soon ;)

Additional information about rental rates

$360. a Night 3 Night Minimum, Holiday/Festival weeks higher $510-$710/Night. Taxes are 12.5%. Also 3% additional charge for Credit cards. Deposit required for reservation, and full payment due 2 weeks prior to check-in. Cleaning fee is $250.00. Reservations are not confirmed until funds are verified. For groups of more than six: $100.00 Per Person, Per Night additional, & Cleaning fee $350.
