Bay Front with 3 decks, Sunsets are outrageous, our family named the place Promised Sunset, we gather on the deck to watch it slowly disappear into the bay. On the mornings enjoy the calm, scenery while enjoying a cup of coffee and a bagel from the bakery, Nickelbys, a block away.
Because it is on the bay and at 84th st, it is a quiet and serene location. It is ideal for families, and those looking for a relaxing beach vacation. There is a dock with a boat slip. One can jet ski and kayak in the bay. Three floors, 4 bedrooms (sleep 8) plus sleeper sofa, (sleeps 10), 3.5 baths, 3rd FL Master Bd Rm, full bath, private deck,TV, 2nd FL Great Rm, cathederal ceiling, big screen TV, open kitchen, breakfast bar, half bath, this is the family gathering place, 1st FL second Master with full bath, its own deck, 2 additional bd rms share a full bath, one has a small deck.
