Our recent weekend stay at the Luau was fantastic. The condo was very nice and clean. The views were amazing and what we appreciated the most, especially from the balcony. Your company made the process so smooth and easy from check-in to check-out.We followed the check-out procedures posted on the refrigerator, but they weren’t as specific as those you provided in the email. It might be helpful to have these more specific check-out procedures placed somewhere in the condo for your guests. Our stay in Luau 1 during June 21-25 was great. The condo and views facing west were beautiful. The condo is very comfortable and visually appealing. The pool area was beautiful and the short walk from the condo to the beach is nothing. The nice condo was well worth the short walk to get to from the beach. Our family loved the Luau condo and the Sandestin Resort and had a great time. The sugar white sand was absolutely beautiful and felt great. My brother in law said the beach was prettier than in Jamaica where he honeymooned. The water was Emerald Green as advertised and was clear enough to see to the bottom. We all had a great time playing and laying on the beach. Several of us also parasailed from the Sky Pirates Parasailing right there on the beach and that was an awesome experience. It is a beautiful view from 800 feet up. The Village of Baytowne Wharf is an excellent extension of the Sandestin Resort. It is very family oriented, clean, fun, nice atmosphere, and lots of fun things to do and great places to eat. Our family ate at Graffiti, Roberto’s Pizza, and the Acme Oyster Bar and the food was great at all of them. The atmoshphere at Graffiti is very funky and fun! The rental experience with My Vacation Haven was absolutely wonderful. Everyone I talked to on the phone was very professional, polite, patient, and helpful. The communication through email is great and very easy. The coupons to the area businesses and access to beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella were all great. I liked the digital codes to access the parking garage and the condo unit itself. Not having to go to an office and pick up keys or a card or checking in and out was great and allowed us to get right to the condo and right out on our last day. We would definitely come back to Sandestin and would definitely use My Vacation Haven to book it. Actually, if/when we start planning a return trip, my first call will be to My Vacation Haven.
