  The condo was the perfect size for my husband and 15 lb Westie. We loved looking out at the sand and ocean every day! This is a great location if you want to relax or be able to walk to local shops and restaurants in Folly. Lost Dog Cafe was awesome for breakfast!! Having a full kitchen allowed us to save money by cooking many meals. We initially had a problem with the cable TV but Greg responded to us immediately. We highly recommend the condo and are already talking about returning as soon as we can.

  We very much enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach in this tidy, neat condo. It's small, but the perfect size for a couple. Coffee on the deck in the adirondack chairs while watching the waves crash on the shore is certainly a highlight! Very convenient to all the Folly restaurants and shopping. The info given to us in advance was very helpful and getting into the condo was super easy. Definitely would recommend this place to others!

  First time visit to the Charleston area. This was the perfect place to stay. Short walk to beach and lots of great restaurants. Beautiful views of the ocean and sunset. Condo was all we could hope for or need for our stay. The condo was clean and well kept. Things to do suggestions for Gary was right on. We are already planning our next trip to the area and will chose this same condo again and again. Thanks Sea 2 owner and staff.

  This building is unbeatable when it comes to location! The condo was decorated very lovely with a fabulous walk-in shower, high end appliances in kitchen, comfy bed and couch and was glad to have a closet to hang my clothes! Laundry room was great as well as a shower on the walkway to and from the beach, this was a must especially if you have dogs! VERY convenient. Thank you for your hospitality!!

  The sea 2 unit is a tastefully renovated 1 bedroom apartment with brand new appliances and a wonderful view. Its location couldn't be better! A couple of blocks from where all the main restaurants and night life takes place at Folly Beach, yet far enough so you won't be disturbed by the noise. The unit overlooks a public beach right by the Folly Pier so there are a lot of families that come to this area. Folly Beach is also the only beach in the area that is pet friendly. Greg, the property manager, and his gang are quite helpful and attentive. They are on top of their game!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, sightseeing.

  we just got back from Folly and stayed in this condo. I can't say enough good things about it. great views, easy access, within walking distance of anywhere in town and excellent beach front property. New remodeled bathroom that was fantastic. the folks we rented from were cordial, accommodating and very friendly. will deffinately stay here again..

  Located close to downtown the pier and right on the beach, This is a perfect place to enjoy Folley Beach. You can really park your car and not move it because everything you need is a short walk. Nice accomadations and everything you need to enjoy a stay at the beach. Chareston is also a very charming city and it is not difficult to get to Charleston from Folly. We highly reccomend the accomadations and the area.

  The condo is just down from the Folly Beach pier so you are right at the residential (single-family homes) section while still being close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The condo is nicely decorated and has everything you need for a great get-away. There were three in our party plus a dog and we had plenty of room. I look forward to returning soon!

  This condo was exactly as pictured, updated and beautifully decorated. We have been to Folly several times so we knew this condo was located close to everything. Owner is wonderful to work with and we would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

  This is a great vacation condo rental. Perfect for two people and it was dog friendly. The owner was easy to work with. Excellent location on Folly. Condo nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and has all the essentials needed. I would highly recommend renting for your vacation at Folly Beach.
