Beach and creek are ideal for kids and steps away from your house! Relax on the expansive deck, sipping your cocktail, and watch the beauty of the ever-changing sunsets.
Open living space extends from the recently renovated, well-appointed kitchen through the dining area and into the living room. All with spectacular views of the Bay through floor to ceiling sliding french doors. A separate TV room extends off the living area.
2 upstairs bedrooms enjoy wonderful Bay views! Master has 1 queen bed, second bedroom has 2 twins and a trundle. Even the full bathroom upstairs has a commanding view of the Bay! The 3 first floor bedrooms have 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 twin bed respectively. 2 full baths.

The sunset pictures posted here don't do it justice...though we've seen so many, we still can't resist taking even more pictures with each new sunset! We love to just laze on the deck or wander down to the beach. We love to cook and bbq - you'll find all you need, and the market is close by. House is impeccably clean, with everything in working order. LOVE the outdoor shower - none of us have ever showered indoors in teis house!!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our kids just loved their beach vacation here...they NEVER got bored - floating in the creek with their tubes and rafts, skimming with their boards on teh tidal flat pools, building sand castles... And when it rained, they never tired of the mini-golf place 5 minutes away or of playing games indoors. We never once heard "Mommy I'm bored"!! What bliss!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We have stayed here year after year - we consider ourselves very lucky to have been able to get this house each summer. The beautiful decor and top-notch funrnishings make us feel like we are staying with friends...you will NOT see the typical bargain-basement funriture or appliances of your ordinary rental. Right on the calm waters of Cape Cod Bay with the added fun of the creek! Float with the tide, or jump in a kayak or canoe and paddle right up into the heart of the salt marsh. Bird watching is fabulous. Swimming - in the creek and the bay is fun and safe for the kids. Walking the flats - at low tide, fantastic beachcombing on the tidal flats - walk forever! As to activities - you're close to mini-golf, Cape Cod Rail Trail and bicycle rentals, the National Seashore... Art galleries, shopping, You can drive to the Hyannis ferries to the Islands, but believe me - you won't want to leave this spot once you arrive!!!!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We've rented this house for the last 3 summers, and go back for a reason! For us, it could not be topped. The location is superb. It is the perfect setting to have a true Cape vacation where you are one with the best that Cape Cod nature has to offer! Riding the tides down the creek is an unforgettably fun experience for the entire family. The easy beach front access is ideal. The deck is where we log the most time -- can't beat this view and the nightly sunsets. The house is comfortable, roomy, charming, clean, and equipped with all the amenities of home. Highly recommend this rental!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
