Why the Owner Chose West Stockbridge:
This summer home was built in 1964 by my father, a Boston Symphony musician. Over the years it has been added onto and carefully maintained. It is a home that my wife and daughters have come to love. My brother and I spent our summers in this home growing up. We take pride in it and are eager to share it with vacationers who appreciate nearby Tanglewood as well as the abundance of other cultural and natural attractions in the Berkshires.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The Berkshires are a tourist mecca, but this house on 8 acres makes you feel like you have West Stockbridge Mountain all to yourself. Still, you're only 1.5 miles from the village of West Stockbridge and 3 miles from Tanglewood. The property includes a secluded pond, a great place for a little meditation or reading.
