Large living/dining room opens to pool/patio area. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has queen-size bed and third bedroom has bunk beds (double/twin). All three bedrooms have TV and VCR or DVD player.
The house is fully furnished with linens, towels, fishing poles, outside shower, gas grill, beach chairs, and cooler. Just steps to the beach. It is a perfect location to enjoy the beach without the crowds.
Cape Canaveral and Daytona Speedway are less than one-half hour away. Disney, Universal Studios, and St. Augustine about an hour's drive.

Hi Jackie, We would like to thank you again for staying in your wonderfull home.We're coming now for almost 16 years to New Smyrna Beach and we never had such as beautiful house as yours, everything we needed was in the house. Another great stay at NSB beach house! Very relaxing. Favorite restaurant - Blackbeards. Love spending time on the beach. Spent a day sailing with Gary at Sundial Sailing (407-222-3626). Highly recommend.

Wonderful time, 9 nights of racing at New Smyrna Raceway. Half mile asphalt and Daytona 500, the year of the pothole. A little cold for Florida 30's and rainy but better than snow. Pub 44, North Turn Pub, J.B.'s Fish Camp, Daytona Lagoon. Enjoy!

We just stayed there the 1st week of August. The house was wonderful, it was so nice not to have to tote all that extra stuff. It made our vacation alot more stress free. Jackie was a wonderful person to deal with we hope to go back again next summer we loved it so much. We just missed Hurricane Charley so hopefully there was no damage. you wont go wrong renting this house!!
