Another great stay at NSB beach house! Very relaxing. Favorite restaurant - Blackbeards. Love spending time on the beach. Spent a day sailing with Gary at Sundial Sailing (407-222-3626). Highly recommend.

Wonderful time, 9 nights of racing at New Smyrna Raceway. Half mile asphalt and Daytona 500, the year of the pothole. A little cold for Florida 30's and rainy but better than snow. Pub 44, North Turn Pub, J.B.'s Fish Camp, Daytona Lagoon. Enjoy!

Hi Jackie, We would like to thank you again for staying in your wonderfull home.We're coming now for almost 16 years to New Smyrna Beach and we never had such as beautiful house as yours, everything we needed was in the house. We just stayed there the 1st week of August. The house was wonderful, it was so nice not to have to tote all that extra stuff. It made our vacation alot more stress free. Jackie was a wonderful person to deal with we hope to go back again next summer we loved it so much. We just missed Hurricane Charley so hopefully there was no damage. you wont go wrong renting this house!!

Just got back yesterday from a week at New Smyrna Beach. Just thought I would thank you once again as I mailed your keys back. It has to be the nicest, most comfortable place we have ever spent a vacation. We absolutely loved your home! Our stay in New Smyrna Beach was so very comfortable and relaxing. We had a good time and hope to come back soon. We had rain and cold temps the first 3 days but we made the best of it. The house is beautiful and worked out very well. Your beach house was perfect! The beach access was so close as well as restaurants and groceries. We spent two beautiful afternoons on the beach amidst all the running around to Disney World and Sea World (and my father-in-law's wedding). Everything in the house was excellent! Our stay here was wonderful. Your home is very nice just as it had appeared on the "net". This was our second year in NSB and our first in your home. My daughters and wife would love to stay in your home next year during our spring break. Our two favorite restaurants are Chase's and Grills in Cocoa Beach.

Thanks so much for letting us share your gorgeous home for three months. We love the area, the neighbors are great and the restaurants nearby are excellent. Norwoods, Blackbeards and the New Smyrna Steakhouse are some of our favorites. The launchings from Cape Canaveral were amazing. We've never seen anything like that before and had no idea the view from the beach across the street would be an added attraction. Great shopping at Volusia Mall, easy access to two flea markets. Loved it all and hope to come back again.

We are loving your gorgeous home and the New Smyrna Beach area. We're trying our best to hit all your favorite restaurants. So far in 10 days we've been to Norwoods, Blackbeards, Riverview, Flagler Inn, Chases, Breakers and PJ's Seafood. They are all great. Thanks for all your helpful hints. We're having a great time. Your sister Patty showed us your other home here one night last week. It's a beauty too. The time is really flying - that's what happens when you're having fun.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home. I believe it was more like a true home away from home than any other place I've ever stayed. We gave thanks for a 50th anniversary meal Sunday evening and right when we got ready to serve, a huge bolt of lightning struck and left us in the dark. We had a wonderful meal by candlelight. Ha! Thank you for everything. Our family really enjoyed our stay in your home. We were very appreciative of all the conveniences you were thoughtful enough to provide. The beach is extremely beautiful, the citizens of NSB are very friendly and helpful. We fished and crabbed under the bridge and were very successful crabbing. We came back and ate two dozen crab. Kennedy Space Center was exciting. Animal Kingdom was also. There wasn't any reason to leave your home, therefore we just enjoyed the beach and the NSB area. Norwoods was excellent. Well, once again, thanks for opening your home to us and hopefully we'll be visiting in the future.

Thank you for opening your home to us. Not only is the locataion outstanding, the house itself is very clean, tasteful and delghtful! Our children truly loved it, they call it "our beach house". I must admit I had my reservations about renting over the net, places are not always what they are advertised to be but this house exceeded all of my expectations! Thank you for opening your home to my family. We had a wonderful time. We went to the lighthouse, Kennedy Space Center, and strongly recommend the cruise at Blue Spring. We saw all types of wildlife. We ate at Norwoods, JB's Fishcamp, Manny's, The Breakers and the French Bakery was great. Love the shops on Flagler. Went for walks in the morning and evening. We did not want to leave. The house is wonderful! Everything so nice and clean and I really feel at home here. The whole family did. the weather was so perfect and you have nice, sweet neighbors. Libby and Mel helped us with our car one day, one of the kids left the door open all night and the battery ran dow so Mel came over and fixed it. What a blessing. Thanks so much again.

Thank you so much. We had a wonderful vacation and the house worked out beautifully. You did a great job designing and decorating and the location can't be beat. I've never been to Florida in the summer before. We had 95 to 98 degree weather the whole week. Therefore we did little to no sightseeing and spent our days on the beach. We did drive down to Cape Canaveral National Seashore which was good for shelling but the beach by the house was better for swimming. Sunday the beach was packed which was fun because everyone was in a good mood and laughing and enjoying themselves. The rest of the week we pretty much had the place to ourselves. We drove to Orlando one day and visited Universal's new park, Islands of Adventure. It is quite a place but it was hot and the kids weren't interested in going back to visit Disney. They seemed to prefer the beach. We drove up to St. Augustine and really liked walking around there and visiting the Fort. We drove north along the ocean and never saw a beach that was better than the one across the street from you. Thank you again. This was a very relaxing week for us and the house had so much to do with that.

Weather 90+ all week. We had ambitions to do a lot of sightseeing but once we got here we found ourselves spending every day at the beach swimming and playing. One late afternoon we drove to Canaveral Nat'l Seashore. The beach there is very different from here and great for shelling. You have to look through a lot of quantity to find the best ones. Anythting from thee French Bakery is worth eating. We all had a wonderful relaxing vacation.

Great place! I loved this wonderful place, I slept in the bunk room with my sister and it was very comfortable. I hope to come here again. We enjoyed our vacation in your wonderful home! It was no nice to wander over to the ocean. Sea Harvest grouper sandwiches were fantastic and thanks for the Kahlua. My coffee and it a great match. Hope to be in touch. The house is beautiful.
