  We were thoroughly comfortable in this light, bright, clean and spacious condo. Amazing ocean and lovely golf course views. Albatross family kept us entertained daily! Clean, well kept complex with nice, friendly neighbors. Ron was most gracious and easy to work with, gave us lots of ideas/tips...overall, a lovely two-week stay in a comfortable spot with everything we needed. Recommend it for sure!

  My husband and I had the pleasure of staying a week at this gorgeous condo. It is a beautiful condo with Ocean & golf course views. It has lots and lots of windows & light. We had great cross-ventilation with the multiple sliding doors and windows. This condo is Huge! We have stayed in many condos in Kauai and other places and this one is really beautiful. We had a question and the Manager, Leslie, took care of it right away. We are going back again for another week in the Spring! We used the BBQ, WiFi, kitchen, and washer/dryer. We would definitely recommend this condo. If you go to Princeville, don't miss the Kilauea Light House (watch the movie in the little building about the lighthouse) & visit Hanalei - such a nice little town. Based on recommendations of friends we went several times to Anini Beach which is a very close.

  My husband and I really enjoyed this beautiful, peaceful place. Everything you need and great location.The view out the whole place is amazing too. We loved watching the morning sunrise over the ocean along with watching the nesting albatross (special)! Ron & Laurie were great to work with,super nice leaving a welcoming treat and gave great recommendations . We hope to go back. Mahalo, Michael & Kirby

  My husband and i just returned and i could not wait to write this review the place was very nice, view was exceptional. we thought the location was great easy to walk to the market. Not an easy walk to any beach areas but that is the price you pay for the views you get from the cliff areas. The condo was clean and well stocked. I would happily get this condo on my future returns to the island. This was my first time using VRBO and i want to mention that the owners were extremely helpful with my many quesitons prior to leaving and they provided a wonderful "things to do" list for us with price ranges. I have not even been home a week and already looking forward to my return. Thanks Ron.

  great view, great bed, very clean and comfortable but I should have read the vrbo listing more carefully with so many Kamahana properties to choose from, I choose poorly no iron, toaster, blender, wifi or DVD player no bbq at pool and the restroom there is out of order, permanently it appears

  Owner response: Constructive criticism is good....it helps us improve. Unfortunately the pool restroom was being redone in order to comply with the ADA, ( "Americans with Disabilities Act"). The barbecue was at the pool In the pool cabana. A toaster, blender and iron are now being put in place. Mobile broadband is available and wifi is being investigated. NOTE: A barbecue has been added to the Condo in June and WiFi was added in January.

  Spacious and sparkling clean condo - enjoyed quiet relaxing location with a breathtaking view- easy to work with owners - Kauai is gorgeous - don't hesitate, book and enjoy a fabulous getaway at an affordable price - don't miss Hamora's for fabulous island flavor noodle dish!

  We occupied both Hale Kolepa Kahua Makai and Pu'u o'io'ina. The spaciousness and quality of the Condo are outstanding...we even found a surprise gift bottle of wine in the refrigerature on arrival. My wife and I would take a romantic stroll on the Ocean Bluff with a glass of wine while the kids were splashing in the pool. The quality of the Golf Course is remarkable. "C J's Restaurant" in the Princeville Marketplace is outstanding. The directions provided on where to go were great. We could not have found many of these places on our own. We plan on returning, but this time without the kids!!

  We have stayed here several times and love it. This is a well maintained unit, close to shopping with a great golf course. Hanalei Bay is a short drive with all the great eateries and beaches that are Hanalei. The pool is nice and the grounds are lovely. You can't go wrong with this place. Joanne San Rafael, CA
