In-town location makes this a bargain! Off street parking and an easy drive to the ski valley. The Mountain View Apt is a real delight. It is perched above Bryan's Hideaway with a huge deck to gaze out on the mountains or the stars at night. Great light and was once used as an artist's studio.
Location:
Approximately 4 blocks north of Taos Plaza on Guyora Lane. Quiet, residential neighborhood convenient to all the great galleries, shops and restaurants Taos has to offer. Approx. 19 miles to Taos Ski Valley.
Views:
Taos Mountain or the stars from a huge elevated deck.
Amenities:
Satellite TV/dvd, mid-size refrigerator/freezer, huge deck with patio furniture for viewing or just hanging out. DSL wireless for fast internet connection. Large windows in the studio to check out the mountain in winter.
Baths:
Shower, toilet, sink and plenty of storage.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with coffee maker, microwave, stove top and an ample supply of dishes and cookware.
Bedding:
King that can be separated into twins and a queen hide a bed.

Why the Owner Chose Taos
This location is a perfect fit for walking and enjoying what Taos offers without looking for parking. Quiet yet central.
Colorful walking area with variety of upscale and unusual shops.
Kit Carson is buried in this park along with several other local characters. Great for jogging, volleyball couurts, tennis, baseball, picnics and playground. Art Festivals commonly held here and the
Colorful area hosting art walks and a great Christmas lighting of faralitos at Christmas.
Lots of museums in this area but the Harwood is a favorite. We've lately had Wayne Thiebauld, Dennis Hopper, Agnes Martin and Melissa Zink among many others.
The vast Indian lands in this area hold Taos Pueblo with its summer pow wow. Many events are held as well as ceremonies and dances throughout the year. My favorite is the Christmas Eve bonfire.
