In-town location makes this a bargain! Plenty of off street parking and an easy drive to the ski valley. The Lily House – This is just the sweetest little house you ever did see! Great walk to town location, green grassy yard, trees, gardens; the absolute best spot in town for a back yard barbeque.

Location:
Approximately 4 blocks north of Taos Plaza on Guyora Lane. Quiet, residential neighborhood convenient to all the great galleries, shops and restaurants Taos has to offer. Approx. 19 miles to Taos Ski Valley.

Views:
Beautifully landscaped, grassy front and back yards with shade trees and bushes. Private, fenced backyard. You can even get a glimpse of Taos Mountain from the frontyard!

Amenities:
Kiva fireplace in the den area, outdoor private 6 person hot tub, cable TV’s - 2 (one in master bedroom, one in living area/VCR, stereo/CD/cassette, DSL wireless, washer/dryer, private phone, landscaped and fenced in front and back yards with covered portal, shade trees, patio furniture and gas barbeque grill.

Baths:
Two and ½ baths. One with oversized shower and double sink off the master bedroom, one full convenient to the other two bedrooms, and the half bath off the utility room near the side entrance and kitchen.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with gas stove, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and an ample supply of dishes and cookware. Dining room table can be set up to seat 8.

Bedding:
King (or two twins) in master, king (or two twins) in 2nd and the “kids” room or 3rd has 2 full length narrow twins (or one queen). Additional bedding includes a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a twin sofa sleeper in the den area. This offers 8 separate pieces of bedding for single groups. Complete linens provided.

Heating:
Central on thermostat, gas forced hot air.

Sq. Ft.:
1600 square feet, with dining/living area to the front of the house and bedrooms and two baths off to one side. The utility room and half bath have a common exterior entrance off the diveway side of the house convenient to the backyard, which opens into the kitchen and den areas.
