Canal front 3 bedroom home with secluded backyard jungle paradise. Manatees drink right next to the boathouse. Hammocks and a covered lanai make the perfect relaxing afternoon spot. If it gets too hot, take a dip in the screened in salt water pool. Or warm up later in the hot tub. Enjoy the beautiful hand painted murals and old style Florida decor of the outside area. Inside you find a modern paradise. Sparkling clean kitchen with side-by-side fridge, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and coffee pot. Kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, place settings, silverware and all standard small appliances. Off the kitchen is a utility room with a separate exit to the outside is where the propane grill is kept, washer and dryer in the utility room are available for use. Living room features a large flat screen HD TV with full cable and surround sound system. Leather wrap around electric reclining sofa and a tiki bar complete the living area. Full bath and 3 bedrooms are down the hallway. Master bedroom with sliding glass doors to the screened pool area. Master suite has a full bathroom attached. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the last bedroom has bunk beds. All beds have pillows, sheets and comforters. All rooms have ceiling fans and there is a brand new state of the art heating/air conditioning unit with built in humidifier. There is parking in the driveway for 2 cars and additional street parking if necessary. We are minutes from major grocery stores and mall shopping. Minutes from the beach and pier at Cocoa Beach. 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport and Disney World.

Wonderful property - owners simply magnificent!!

We stayed at this home at the end of June 2011 for 1 week. Prior to arrival, Erin was just wonderful answering all of my many, many questions about the home, the area and amenities. The home had plenty of room for my 6 person family and the kids loved the pool and hot tub that is enclosed so no pesky bugs to bother us during night time swimming. The house is also suitable for a family with young children as the locks on doors to the outside pool area are higher up so small arms can not reach. The location was perfect for our part Disney (45 mins away), part beach (5 minute drive), part Kennedy Space (20 mins) vacation. Any issues we had were quickly resolved and the overall transaction was such a breeze. What a beautiful and fun part of the country, we look forward to visiting again! Thanks Erin!
