Our vacation rental is located on Big Hills Lake, a 135 acre, pristine, springfed lake known for its excellent swimming, fishing, waterskiing, boating, and true lake living. A private half mile road leads to this 1 1/4 acre, beautifully wooded lot with 100 feet of sandy beach frontage. Enjoy breathtaking lake views among mature oaks, pines and maple trees.
Your private resort setting includes a newly redecorated 2500 sq ft home. This home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room with fireplace, family room, kitchen with breakfast nook, dining area and sunroom. Most rooms have lovely lake views. The home is smoke free and sorry, but no pets are permitted. The yard provides plenty of room for lawn sports of any variety, hosts a fantastic sandy beach and swimming area, a private pier and excellent fishing. A fishing boat with oars is included in the rental. The outdoor fire pit near the lake offers the perfect spot for toasting marshmallows and night time star gazing.
All of this is less than 2 hours from Milwaukee, Madison and Green Bay and just 4 hours from Chicago. The area also offers outstanding biking, hiking, trout fishing, challenging golf courses, tennis courts, canoe trips and a performing arts center. Restaurants and grocery stores are conveniently located nearby.
