Harbour Place #302 is the perfect vacation rental for you and your family to come and enjoy time away from home and work. It is located on the 3rd floor so you can get the best view of the white sandy beaches while enjoying the breeze on the roomy balcony.
This condo has been completly remodled in 2010, from new paint,bedding,sheets,towels,shower curtains,ceiling fans,stainless steal appliances refrigerator/ice maker,dish washer,microwave, and range. There is a 42" flatscreen for your movie viewing. It also has a washer and dryer.The kitchen has a complete set of dishes with utensils,coffee pot,cookware and toaster. This unit has an ironing board with iron and vacuum cleaner if needed.
This condo will give you the relaxing feeling you deserve after a long day in the sun or out shopping on the strip.
Harbour place is a low-density complex with only 65 units with indoor hallways for your safety. It also has a indoor outdoor heated pool with hot tub for your relaxation.
Our condo is a" Smoke Free Condo" and is in new condition.
There is a outdoor Beachside BBQ area to do your grilling if enjoy cooking outdoors.

This place exceeded our expectations. SO cute and cozy and the bed was so comfortable!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
