This newly decorated condo provides a fun and friendly atmosphere for an extraordinary vacation. The high ceilings, bright rooms and lowcountry décor are the perfect setting in which to relax and unwind. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the screened porch or the upstairs deck overlooking the spectacular views of the river. New leather furniture in the living room has plenty of seating room and is very comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked with cooking utensils, serving dishes, silverware and glassware.
The condo is within walking distance to the beach and downtown Center Street. Folly Beach is a fun, eclectic area with restaurants, bars and shops. After a fun day at the beach, enjoy fishing or crabbing on the dock or cool off with a dip in the pool that overlooks the marsh and river.
The drive to beautiful, historic downtown Charleston is approximately 10 minutes. Charleston has so much to see and do. Enjoy the aquarium and parks, historic plantations and gardens, theater, historic homes and forts, carriage rides, restaurants, beaches, and golf. Something for everyone!

We rented the condo with our two teenagers. It was our first trip to Folly Beach after many trips to Wild Dunes and we will be back! The condo was wonderfully appointed and beautifully decorated to make you feel at home. We rented a golf cart to tool around the island and it was an easy walk to town or the beach. I would highly recommend renting a golf cart and avoid parking issues by taking it to the beach. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax and not feel crowded. A great stay at a great price. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is the second time we have rented from this wonderful person and things just keep getting better, We were able to get this place on a cancelation and I’m so happy we did, back in April we stayed in # 8 and we were taken by the condo on how nice it is, but this place # 23 is just as wonderful. The fishing on the dock was better then in April we got some really nice fish on high tide. We will be staying again for Thanksgiving I’m so looking forward to it. This is a wonderful place and the young lady we rented is a hoot.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
