Located steps from Main Street in Downtown Pagosa Springs, this unique vacation home is owned by two artists and woodworker who own an eclectic art gallery located on the same property. The rental is across the street from the Pagosa Baking Company and Alley House Restaurant and just down the street from restaurants, retail shops and historic movie theater. The San Juan River is just a few minutes away, as well as several parks.
The unit faces Reservoir Hill Recreation area, an incredible town park that features walking and biking trails that meander through a forested hillside and lead to a flat meadow at the top with spectacular views of downtown and the San Juan mountain range. From the Pagosa Chalet, the Reservoir Hill trailhead is just a five minute walk. Also a five minute walk from the chalet are two hot springs facilities, located at the Springs Resort and the Spa Motel. Three massage businesses are located within blocks of the chalet.
If that isn't enough, the unit itself features unique art decor, modern cabinetry, and comfortable and eclectic furnishings that will offer a cozy and memorable stay. Park your car in the covered carport and walk the entire funky downtown strip of Pagosa Springs. Bring your mountain bike and hop on the San Juan river trail, or ride through the trees to the top of Reservoir Hill. In the summer time, hear the tunes from the Four Corners Folk Festival out the window.
This downtown rental is perfect for a couple or small group and features a queen size bed in the downstairs bedroom and two twin beds in the upstairs loft. The full kitchen will allow you to cook your own meals, and a granite-top bar with stools is located next to the kitchen for an eating table. A full-size washer and dryer is located in the unit.

The accomodations were clean and comfortable. Great location downtown, with all that Pagosa has to offer. Be sure to check out the incredible furniture and gifts at the store on Main Street. Have fun on your next trip to Pagosa!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
