  This is a great condo with an excellent view of the Gulf from both the living room and the master bedroom. It was wonderful being able to bring our Toy Fox Terrier Louie, and the location could not be better! As stated in other reviews, Michael was great and very responsive to our many questions. While the weather was not perfect for the first couple of days we were there (Tropical Storm Debby), the condo was so nice, that we just enjoyed being away. We had 2 teenage girls, and they loved being able to walk to all of the shops and the Pier in the evening. Overall, great condo, great location!

  We stayed at this condo at a very busy spring break time and yet .....where the condo is.....It was never too crowded on the beach. WE loved being able to walk with our dog. We walked up to the State park approx 4 miles one way a couple times. The condo is very clean and has everything you would need. There was an outside shower and hose to clean our dog and the beach is dog friendly. You can walk to any restaurant. We came on a Sat. and only moved our car once to go grocery shopping. We would go back again!!

  We have stayed in Clearwater Florida for a few years now- This year we had a new family addition our little Roxy - A furry little maltipoo - We were worried about renting with her- we like to be direct on the beach as in can put our toe in the water if the mood strikes we also like a roomy space with some ambiance . When I found Michael's condo I was a little worried the price was fabulous and the location was amazing and he allowed me take Roxy - We arrived and the place was just beautiful - right on the beach - the condo was airy and roomy and the view was breathtaking from the living room and cooking in the beautiful kitchen spoiled me because cooking while looking at the ocean was dream come true for me especially in the roomy open air kitchen ....At night we left the sliding doors open in our bedroom so we could hear the sounds of the ocean - in the morning we sat on the deck and watched the dolphins frolic it really was a dream come true ......Dealing with Michael has been a pleasure he answers emails and questions ASAP and I highly recommend this dream vacation spot for you and your family including the fury members- Roxy had a blast and she is counting the minutes till she returns in August and we will be staying here we hope every winter till Michael throws us out !!:)....Thanks Michael you have a beautiful condo and amazing location and the best prices !

  Too many great qualities about this condo to list. Covered parking, cozy interior, watching sunset over the gulf and many others and all situated directly on the sand. We have stayed here year after year and always love it. You will not find better owners or a better deal. We have been coming to Clearwater beach for many years and have never looked for another place once we found this one.

  My family stayed here for the Labor Day Holiday. The view is fantastic. The unit is very spacious and has all that one could need. The owner is very helpful and easy to work with. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

  Perfect location on Clearwater Beach. Close enough to Pier 60 and shops and restaurants you can walk to everything. Got a little tired of climbing the steps. Having storage for beach supplies by the parking area would be great just so you wouldn't have to lug everything up and down three flights of stairs. Having covered parking was really nice my car never got too hot. The wireless internet didnt work the whole time we were there had to use our phones to look anything up but we dealt with it. Mike did try to resolve the issue but just wasnt successful. Mike was great; came over during our stay to fix a problem we had wth a trundle bed. Would definately stay here again. The sunset views from the balcony were amazing. Also saw dolphins swim right in front of the condo our daughter was beside herself! Slept with the sliding glass doors open to listen to the ocean at night......doesn't get much better than that. Frenchy's Rockaway has excellent food, was a recommendation from Mike and we agree 100%. My teenage son and nephew kept begging for us to go back and eat there everyday. Thanks again to Mike, you have a great place.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this condo - the photos simply don't do it justice. It's in a great location in a smaller building at the north end of the beach, right on the sand. For us it was perfect. Straight on the beach, yet you are walking distance to restaurants and shops if you need them. For us the most perfect thing about our stay was the balcony where we could sit and have breakfast, or an evening drink whilst watching the sun go down. This condo would be great either for a family or two couples as both of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Mike was very helpful in answering all of my questions and we would definitely rent this property again.

  We have rented with this owner a number of times when properties were available. Prime weeks book up fast! I rated this property excellent, based on what you get for the price. We have stayed in other condos at the same location for a lot more money (or less with a lot less). The property is well maintained and very clean! Could use a few more beach towels, but basically has everything you need for a fabulous week on the beach. Having a parking spot is a prime assest for this location but you really don't have to leave! I do check the local HS calendar for their Spring Break dates. This is the only time our trip has been less than perfect due to a very crowded beach full of teens! (Note, the only access to the condo is via a few flights of stairs.)

  We have stayed in Mikes condo on 3 different occasions, we love the homey feel, he has a well equipped kitchen. it is pet friendly, and you can take the dogs on the beach if you go north, also a park is nearby to walk the dogs... it is convenient to walk to the pier, we love Angelos pizza, the Palm Pavilion and Frenchy's carrying luggage and groceries up 3 flights is not the best, but "doable" a pool in the summer would be nice, but the ocean temp is awesome. we will be back!
