  Property in perfect location. House nothing special but comfortable. Lack of any paper products( toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, tissues, even light bulbs), somewhat problematic after hours getting there. The worst,tho, is not getting reimbursed for our deposit, even tho we left it immaculate and supplied it fully with paper products needed for the next guests. Repeated communication with the owner gave no inkling as to. why our deposit was not refunded. Poor bookkeeping ? Beware!!!!!

  Owner response: Just a quick note, we did have a clerical error on our part. I was out of town on business and I didn't properly communicate with my wife back home for a refund of Kathy's security deposit. We did indeed get it issued back to her. It would have been nice if she would have come back on here and updated, but she must have chosen not too. Any cleaning or supply issues could have easily been brought to our attention during there stay, but there were no communications whatsoever. We are very service oriented, and would have gladly taken care of that type of request. 99% of our guests absolutely love our home, which can be attested to our very high rate of families that are reserving our home year after year.

  Second year to stay here and it was another great year. You literally have to come to this house to know how wonderful it really is. Can't wait til next July.

  Thank you Kevin, for letting us know about this house. Everything about this house was perfect. It was very large, beautifully decorated and it had everything in it that we needed. The location could not have got any better. It was like we were on our own private beach with a bunch of our friends ( since after a few days you will know the rest of the people on the beach). We rented a kayak from the general store and got to get in with the dolphins, it had to be the most amazing thing ever. The house is close enough to go to Destin or Panama City Beach very quickly yet it is like being in your own little world while your there. Can't wait for next July.

  We just returned from a week's stay at this home and we LOVED it!! The view is simply amazing - nothing like having the beach at your doorstep. The furnishings were new and nice and it was very clean. We had 7 adults, 4 kids, and 2 dogs, and the home is so spacious that we never felt crowded. Everyone said the beds in all rooms were very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a huge plus! The owner is very nice and easy to work with, and has a local property manager who made sure we were well taken care of. We're already planning our return visit!

  Our entire family just returned from Spring Break at this wonderful beach house, and it's hard to say who enjoyed it the most! If the dog could speak I'm sure she would say she did! The house is huge, well-appointed and comfortable. We spent every day on the beautiful beach, so easy to do with kids when all you have to do is walk down the steps! We also loved having the game room for our one rainy day. The beach in this area is pristine, the neighborhood quiet and friendly. It was also very easy dealing directly with the owner - thanks, Kevin, for sharing your home. We hope to visit again!

  We can't compliment Kevin enough about what he has done to his Beach front vacation home to make it the most special place to relax, enjoy and reflect! The accommodation is well appointed, upscale yet comfortable at the same time. Lots of room to enjoy family gatherings and yet have room to retire and enjoy quite time. There is lot's of activities or none at all - just as you wish. A quite neighborhood off a scenic, yet close to parks, walking trails and restaurants. A quick trip to outlet shopping or upscale malls. The sunsets in the evening are spectacular - even the dolphins put on a show for you! Thanks so much Kevin for allowing us to share a little bit of your heaven on earth.
