Our stylish and elegant, fully furnished oceanfront condo is in the best location overlooking Grace Bay Beach. Third floor with elevator access, perfect for families, couples, extended family vacations, honeymoons, memorable aniversaries - you name it! This condo can be rented as a one-bedroom or two bedroom as required.
Our unit has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, separate dining and living areas and a beautiful private balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. We also have US Cable TV, DVD, high-speed internet access (fee), and complimentary Wi-Fi around the pool and garden areas.
The master en-suite bedroom has a king bed, equipped with high quality linens. The second bedroom has q queen bed.
We are just a step from beautiful Grace Bay Beach, voted the best beach in the world by Conde Nast, Trip Advisor and World Traveler's Award. On the beach find beach loungers, umbrellas and towels. Beach staff are in attendance, offering water, and bar service hourly.
Villa Renaissance offers a full concierge service, with great staff who know the Turks and Caicos inside-out. They have a full beach and pool service and provide fresh towels daily. The poolside bar is a great place to hangout; and the beach a perfect spot to watch the spectacular sunsets.
The resort is very romantic and private with a beautiful mosaic pool, whirlpool, fitness center, spa, floodlit tennis, bikes, snorkling and diving nearby. Management has been in Providenciales whole life, knows where to go and who to speak with to get great trips and great rates.
