About this property

Upscale 3 bedroom, 2 bath, condo with beautiful view of the golf course. This condo is on the 1st floor of a building that is golf course front. The condo is bright and airy with many upgrades, including a flat screen TV.

We have decorated this condo with traditional top of the line furnishings and have spared no expense. Rent direct and save money yet take advantage of the same amenities. There are 1 swing king, 1 regular king bed and 2 singles plus a queen sofa bed, so we can easily accommodate 6 golfers with everyone having their own bed or a family of 8 with 2 to each of the beds.

Myrtlewood Villas is conveniently located just a few block from grocery stores, 2 miles north of Broadway at the Beach, and 5 miles south of Barefoot Landing and the great restaurants and shopping they both boast. Try one of our favorites, 'Dicks Last Resort' for a great time and some wonderful food.

Great location!

Our family came into town for a week long baseball tournament. This condo was a perfect location - close to the fields, close to the airport, close to activities, and of course the beach! The place was clean and had a lot of room! We would definitely rent again if we were coming into town :)

We had a great week

The AC was cold, shower hot and beds soft. What more could you ask for? We really enjoyed how much seating in the living room there was, and on the patio. Coffee out there each morning was so relaxing. Being able to cool some of our own meals was a big help with cost savings. They had a kurig and a 5 cup coffee pot, nice and vircital. If this unit is open for our dates next year, we will stay here again. There was one question we had of the host at check in, and they responded in just a few minutes. 5 star hosts!

Space for days!

Our stay was perfection. From the close parking to the immaculate kept grounds we will return. The space inside was amazing. We were in the kitchen cooking together and didn’t feel cramp. The overall furniture was comfy and room enough for our family. Every bed had plenty of comfort and pillows if needed. additional hangers in each closet… and that master bedroom closet is everything. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had before arrival and during stay. Can’t wait to book again. It was definitely home away from home.
