  This was a very spacious place with plenty of amenities! Very nice and the owner was very accommodating!!! Felt very safe!!! Would recommend to anyone! Good girls getaway!

  This was an excellent place to stay, it is very roomy and comfortable! Owner was very accomodating to our itinerary and truly wants his guests to have a great experience in San Juan. I would highl recommend anyone to stay here!

  I am from out of town. I had a great stay here. Very roomy, beautiful decor, and convenient area. It was pretty close to everywhere I had to go. I do recommend to everyone!

  Stayed here with a group of colleagues for a week. When I entered the apartment I was really amazed: lot of space, beautiful interior (great taste!), very well kept and clean. The pics provided on the webpage capture accurately what you can expect. The big roof terrace with bar! and sunbed made me want to just stay there and relax. The owner was very friendly and accommodating regarding our arrival/leave time and provided lots of useful information. At first, it was a bit hard to find (we decided to walk instead of taking a taxi, crazy Europeans I know..) - but with either google maps or a good taxi driver (some of the newbie drivers didn't know the address so you better ask for a nearby hotel just in case) it's no problem. The high security standard provided in the building made me feel very safe - even though this was probably not needed as it's located in a good tourist area. A big supermarket and public beach are just in 5-10mins walking distance, so there's basically everything you need on your doorstep. Because this was a business trip I can't say much about the tourist options there, but it was really easy to get wherever we needed to go from there. However, if I return to Puerto Rico - either for business or on vacation with a group of friends - this will be my first option to look for an accommodation. Highly recommended!

  We just returned from our stay and were very pleased with the condo. It was well appointed and luxurious and lived up to the description and pictures we saw online. The kitchen was great and we really enjoyed having a large private balcony. As this was the second leg of our trip we made great use of the washer and dryer in the unit as well. It was very useful being close to the supermarket. The location is not walking distance to the beach but is very good location for all of the main attractions in San Juan. Finally, Jose was waiting for us on our arrival and was very helpful. Our whole family really enjoyed our stay.

  My husband, two teenage kids, and I enjoyed our stay here. Jose was most accommodating and was quick to respond, very friendly, and spoke English rather well. He was able to meet us within 15 minutes upon arrival and departure. The place is exactly as it appears in the pictures and has a well stocked kitchen with decent pots and pans and utensils for cooking. It is tastefully decorated, albeit maybe a bit inappropriate for younger children. The photos online do show this art, but if you arent paying attention, you might miss it. We found it to be an entertaining part of our vacation and provided us with some interesting conversations. The condo has a gated garage and there is no worry of your car being vandalized. The air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms and during the day the wide sliding glass door provides a great rropical breeze. The terrace and master bedroom were our favorite features and the beds were comfortable. We did notice a little smell in the pillows and one of the comforters in the orange bedroom is torn on the underside. This condo is conveniently located to old San Juan, El Yunque, Luquillo kioskos, beaches, restaurants, and the airport. It is also a very large place and there is plenty of room to spread out and find your own private space to hang out. Only other downside was we had no laundry detergent, but Walgreens was able to accommodate our needs. We would recommend this condo for a family with older children or a group of adults. There are stairs to walk up, so it is not handicap accessible.

  We had 8 guys (all in our 30's) stay at Jose's penthouse for my brother's bachelor party. The location was great with the grocery store and Bebo's Cafe within walking distance. Jose was an excellent host. He met us when we pulled into the building and gave us a warm guided tour of his beautiful penthouse. The place was amazing. Everything from the art work, the decorations, the accommodations, and the terrace area with the view of Condado Beach outside was where we spent most of our time. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and rainy the weekend we came but we still went out there every chance we got. Definitely a perfect place for a bachelor party. He even had three parking spaces for us but we only used two of them. This place beats any hotel or resort on ashford ave hands down. I would definitely rent from Jose again if ever I had a chance to return to PR. Muchos Gracias Jose!

  Excellent stay. Clean and well kept penthouse. Personal attention from the owner keeps the house in top shape. His personal welcome and introduction starts the vacation on a great note.
