Newly built in 2002, the guest house is in immaculate condition. Completely separate from the main house, it is set 50 yards away and is afforded complete privacy with is own driveway, parking and yard. It shares a one and a half acre property on a dead end road at the top of a hill in the Hither Hills area of Montauk. A pristine two bedroom, two bath 1300 square foot jewel, it offers an open space great room (with sliding doors to a covered wrap-around patio) and features light streaming in through the pyramid skylight overhead.
A full kitchen, dining area, and washer/dryer are part of the conveniences of this wonderful space. Luxuriously appointed, it has central air conditioning and towels and linens are provided.

Why the Owner Chose Montauk
I've summered in Montauk on this property since 1962. My parents bought a home here and we spent every day on the beach. In 1998, the original summer cottages were lost in a fire. We rebuilt, and decided to make Montauk our full time home in 2007. What a magical place - and we're lucky we can share it.

This immaculate cottage was perfect for our family. our three year old could run around outside without the worry of roads or cars. the stone veranda was always cool and breezy to relax on, even during the hottest weather. the beach is gorgeous and a nice walk down the hill, though waves are large for little ones. it's a perfect little hideaway from the fray. we thoroughly enjoyed out stay.
