Enjoy the fabulous view from the pictures windows in the living room & dining room of the villa overlooking the lagoon and golf course!
714 has been remodeled with a gorgeous kitchen which opens into the living area! New granite countertops & appliances have been added! There is counter seating as well as a dining room table to enjoy each others company!
The first floor bedroom has a full size bed plus another single and a full bathroom! Upstairs the master bedroom boasts a king size bed, TV, and full bathroom! Sliding glass doors lead to a balcony overlooking the golf course - perfect to relax after a day at the beach!
Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club's facilities: oceanfront swimming pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar, golf, tennis and Island House restaurants/bar are included in the rent! Additional fees are charged for all activities except pool usage. These cards cost $150/wk or $25/day if not included!
