  My wife and I spent two weeks in Kauai. We split the island into a north stay and a south stay. For the south we found this wonderful condo and the owners Jim and Juliana made leasing an enjoyable experience. The maps they gave me were right on and took us to the door step.The first impression of the condo area is lush,green and well cared for. The grounds and flowers are awesome. Going in the 2nd floor abode my first thought was going into a classy art gallery.The decor is perfect for this place.... good art p[pieces, well placed, and not overdone. In fact the entire home was well placed and not overly done...perfect. There's two patios on off the living room and one off the bed room. Look closely at their" living room" picture and you'll see the dining room table,,,,behind it is the patio set up for dining. Why in the world would any one want to sit inside when they can dine in the flowering tree tops with some exotic bird singing (Not the wild roosters we found in the north). The bedroom patio had more flowers and a great view of the pool,, our breakast location. This place is spacious. and a great headquarters for walking to the beaches.though the manicured grounds and flowers They have toys for our use provided. The National Botanical Garden 10 min, Waimea canyon 40 minutes, views of Na Pali 45 minutes.... try the Honopu Ridge trail for the most outstanding view above Honopu arch and the Na Pali coast that you can find on the island. It's hard to find, not on most maps, maintained by locals and not for weenies. Drop dead gorgeous.( get the" Kauai Revealed" app for your smart phone 6 bucks. it has the trial and everyting else you'll need to find) Rent this condo and soak up the south shore!

  We really enjoyed our stay in your condo. The reservation process was easy and the owners are very responsive. The directions from the airport were spot on and we were able to find our way with no problems. The condo is very nicely decorated and well maintained. The layout made for a very quiet stay. We particularly loved how close the beach and the pool was to our unit. During our stay we drove to the Waimea Canyon area, it was simply breathtaking! A must do for everyone visiting Kauai. We enjoyed our dinner at Merriman's, the downstair's location where no reservations are needed and more affordable. From their tables outside, we could see the beautiful sunset! We found dining at Kalapaki Joe's a disappointment! Even though it was walking distance from the condo, we do not recommend it. There are many other dining choices around where the food is fresh and there is aloha in the service. We would recommend getting a puka dog and lemonade at the Poipu Shopping Village. Their choices of mustard is outstanding!

  The unit was perfect placed, close enough to the beach and attractions, but remote in the same time so you can be isolated form the noise. All required amenities were provided, with a bonus in terms of beach equipment. We will definitely come back again when vacationing in Kauai.

  This condo far exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the adjacent reserved free parking and near-by pool. The grounds are beautifully maintained. We have also stayed on the east side of Kauai and much prefer the Poipu area - better beaches, less traffic, more relaxed atmosphere. We liked the Brennecke Beach Restaurant and 22 North Restaurant - both offer local fish dishes that are wonderful. Watched turtles surfing at Shipreck Beach.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

  The condo is spacious, comfortable, and immaculately maintained. We received great service from staff and managers. The location is perfect for all activities. We could not have been more satisfied.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  As you can see from the pictures, this condo is so nicely furnished, you feel as comfortable as in your own home. The kitchen was well supplied with all the tools that you need. Cleanliness of evrything was exceptional. The beach is only about a 5 to 7 minute walk away,. We walked almost every morning about 1 1/4 miles along the beach, then through the trees to Poipu shopping center for our morning coffee at Starbucks. We also made good use of the two swimming pools and one hot tub on the property. Wish we could have styed longer.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

  This condo was absolutely perfect. We were both completely surprised and impressed with how large, open, and airy this one bedroom condo was. Between the spacious indoors and the two lanais, we always had plenty of wonderful places to relax, read, share meals together, and enjoy tropical cocktails! Bonus: walking distance to restaurants, the surf breaks, beaches, and Nukumoi surf shop to rent surf boards and shop. Because we could walk to so many places, we met many interesting people every day - locals and visitors alike. Thank you so much for providing us with the best possible accommodations on our favorite island. I have recommended this condo to anyone we know visiting the Garden Isle.

  We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. We would also recommend it to our friends. The pictures on the web site are a true representation of the unit and grounds. We used all the appliances and they worked perfectly. We found that the living area got warm during the afternoon, but the bedroom always had a nice cool cross breeze. We would hang out here, or the back lanai during the heat of the day. The swimming pool was great and had lots of shade in the afternoon. The grocery store in Koloa has everything you need food wise and a good size liquor department. Koloa Shave Ice, next to the Chevron station, became a daily stop. Keoki’s Paradise Restaurant in the Poipu Shopping Center is like eating in a tropical garden and has really good food.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.
