    We were 6 adult people who stay 3 weeks in april 2013 in this amazing house. On arrival everything was clean and nice, there was plenty of room and from the house and terrace and a incredible water views that we enjoy every day we were in the house. Supermarket is 2 minutes away and restaurants are in walking distance and lot of golf courses (45) in the near area. I can only say good things about this house, everything worked perfectly and Brian have in no way overdone description of the house. It was just a pleasure to stay here. I have over the past many years rent several houses in Fort Lauderdale / Miami area and this house is the most beautiful and is clearly number 1 on my list. Can only give my warmest recommendations to the house. It was really hard to leave the house when we were going home to Denmark again, we just want to stay forever. Big thanks to Brian for the pleasant way he has been to us. We hope in the near future to rent the house again.

    Our two families stayed at this house for 3 nights after a week in the Keys which is a tough act to follow and we were very impressed! The house was great, very spacious for 10 of us, but the pool area was the best! The whole front of the house opens up to a beautiful pool area where we were entertained with the steady stream of yachts going by the front door. The location was perfect for us - the grocery store was just around the corner, the beach was a two minute drive (Aruba beach by the Pier has lots of parking), the outlet shopping was an easy 30 min drive and the drive to the Ft. Lauderdale airport was less than 20 min. Would love to stay here for a full week next time! Thank you Brian for being so accommodating!

    It has been said that "a picture is worth a thousand words". All I will say is that as incredible as these pictures are, they don't do justice to this amazing property! Brian was simply the best to deal with. Everything was spelled out from beginning to end, without any surprises, and any question was answered within hours, but more often in just minutes! All linens and towels were fresh and clean and high quality. Cleanliness was top notch, just as you would expect at a home of this quality. Every convenience in this beautiful home, is just waiting for you to use. Amenities such as the stunning, private, heated pool with a massaging waterfall, enough comfortable chaise lounges for you, your family and friends, and a perfectly positioned dining table and chairs to enjoy meals while watching the best of the famous Lauderdale Yachts glide by. And the neighborhood is exclusive, convenient, quiet and yet very friendly. It is just minutes away from Ft. Lauderdale's best restaurants, the clubs of Wilton Manors, and within walking distance to the beach! So, do yourself and your family a favor and live like a 1%'er if only for a few days, a week, or better yet, a month or two! My wife and I cannot wait to return nor can we thank thank Brian enough for his charm, professionalism, and hospitality! Rick and Kathy

    A group of 7 of us stayed for 3 nights in this great house in a fabulous location right on the intracoastal waterway. It is so spacious and everything you need is there. The patio and pool area are even bigger than it looks on the photograph. Very close to Lauderdale by the sea which is a lovely place. We saw loads of luxury boats pass by and even got to see 2 manatees swiming right by the dock. There a big supermarket minutes away for anything you need. A great place to relax. Brian the owner was helpful and efficient in answering questions. Would definately recommend.

    TIME TOGETHER WAS WELL SPENT,QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD WITH ALL THE AMENITIES THAT WAS NEEDED.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    5th time in Fort Lauderdale and the best ever. A nice big home with plenty of space for a familly of 8. Great pool (and a pool-man and gardener once a week!). Nice and quiet neighbourhood; got to know a few of the neighbours too. After a few days we really felt like beeing a part of the community of Bermuda Riviera. We were here for 3 weeks, and none of us wanted to leave. Actually the house was more than we expected, brand new AC and comfortable beds and a dream kitchen. Flat TVs in every bedroom and in the den, but we hardly used any of them. Who goes from Norway to watch TV when the pool and the Intracostal was next door? Brian was very easy to deal with, and we hope to be back. Thanks again Brian!

    Our family/friends and I stayed at this house for a week and had a WONDERFUL time!! The house is exactly as they say..."LUXURY!!!" The beds were the most comfortable! The pool and large Private backyard right on the intercoastal was absolutely fantasic. Anything we needed was within just a few miles away. We enjoyed the water taxi on and off tour in Ft Lauderdale, the beach and beach place all a short distance away. We loved the Elbo Room in Ft Lauderdale so much fun and history there. Had a great time at Flip Flops drinking by the water with live music. We loved Miami and south beach and did the fireworks cruise which was amazing.... Had a great time at Mango's in Miami. Had an awesome time at the Hard Rock and vip at Bongo's!!!! Hollywood Beach was great too. We had an adventure every single day. We also found a wonderful cuban restaurant near the house. Towels galore, big dining room table plus pool floats too. Very comfortable setting and private!! Could not of asked for a better place to stay!!!. Brian, we just want to say, THANK YOU for letting us stay at the house and hope to be back again!!! Have absolutely NO complaints, can't say enough WONDERFUL things about the house and we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation!!!

    I rented the house with 5 other family members to celebrate my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary... They could not have been more happy with the house and how spacious it was and comfortable to be in. As well the pool and outside space was perfect for sitting out, relaxing and watching the boats go by. My mother is already planning next year!!

    Just returned home from a 3 night stay in this Fabulous home! Pics and words cannot describe our experience. It felt like home, extremely clean, comfortable, safe neighborhood, barely heard a noise except for maybe a multi-million $ yacht passing in the backyard! :) Fully furnished, didn't need a thing. in a great spot, minutes from great restaurants and a grocery store if you just want to chill and grill while taking in the serene views. Wake up to a beautiful sail boat passing by WOW! The beach was very close as well. Everything about this property met all of my expectations and more. The owner was great, always available to answer my questions and provided a very simple and easy experience! I will be back to this spot for sure!

    Owner response: Agree the home is in a perfect spot! Its in the middle of everything while being secluded from everything at the same time. The Winn Dixie grocery store is nice to have right down the street, its easily walkable if you are travelling without a car. Whenever you want to come back let me know! Thanks again for staying with us.

    We just returned from a weeks stay in this lovely home. The home owner was very easy to work with and the home was perfect! Everything in the home is top of the line and beautiful. The beds were super comfortable and beautifully made up. The pool was lovely and had a tremendous view. We really enjoyed sitting out by the pool and watching the boats (some very large) go by. There were plenty of lounge chairs, a very nice table and chair set, and a top of the line gas grill by the outdoor bar. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return sometime in the future!

    We had the best time staying in this lovely home! The house is clean and spacious. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the patio, pool, and view makes this the perfect home inside and out for family gatherings. As we begin to plan our next trip back to the Ft. Lauderdale area, one thing is for certain, we all want to return back to this GREAT house!

    Missing nothing!! Just perfect. We stayed there 10 people and everything worked perfect. We just left and allready booked 3 weeks next summer :-) Can't wait to go back.

    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
