Beautiful custom built home with tongue and groove aspen interior, many windows and glass doors providing natural sunlight, and a wrap around deck with incredible views (360 degrees of breathtaking views of surrounding mountains).
Home sits on top of hill overlooking The Ball Flats Neighborhood. Less than 10 minute walk from downtown and just minutes from The Country Store.
We have three bedrooms in main house (two queen beds and one king bed with two additional twin mattresses for overflow) and one attached garage apartment bedroom.
Lake City is famous for ATVing, hunting, fishing, incredible wildlife and its small town charm. 4th of July parade and festivities are a must!
Sorry, NO pets, NO smoking, and NO SHOES on in the house, PLEASE!

We enjoyed our vaca in Lake City very much and staying in your home was icing on the cake! The house was just like the photos. It was spacious and clean with an efficient kitchen. You were a blessing to work with and easy to contact. The house was so convienent to everything. The wildlife was a exciting bonus. Thank you so much!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

I want to take the time to think you so much for our stay in your home! We had deer come up to us in the front yard.....it was awesome!!!! You have so many handy things for cooking and the TV helped me keep tabs on my Rangers....it was a blast!!! Knowing that you're from Texas really made us feel at home.....seriously. Pam Tillis was in town on the 5th and we had already bought tickets for that in advance so that was really neat. It was at the BBQ Station and quite a deal to experience. Fishing was slow due to high water but we found other things to do so all in all it was a wonderful experience!!!! Love all your family photos on the walls too they were reall nice!!!! The snowmobiles brought back memories from when I was a kid.....those were fun times....used to live in Colorado when I was younger. Again, thanks for your hospitality!!! My boys are big Longhorn fans and when they saw your Longorn sticker they were stoked!!!! Lol!!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

$1850.00/week + 9.8% CO sales and lodging tax - ($2,000 + taxes 4th of July week) $500.00 refundable security deposit BALANCE DUE 30 DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN Deposits refunded within 1 week of departure after inspection. All debris,rubbish and discards are to be removed from premises by renters/guests and can be disposed of at Lake City dump (two miles north of town) for $4.25 per large black trash bag or at renter’s/guest’s discretion. Trash pickup is not available.
