This beautiful unit is on the third floor in new condition. Only few steps into Village for dining, entertainment, shopping, bars. A one bedroom with two bathrooms makes this a luxury for parents and their children or couples. There's even a queen sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook anything you wish or just do the minimum so you can enjoy your vacation. With an oncall person who lives on the resort there's no need to worry if an issue should arise, however, this unit is in excellent condition and extremely attractive as well. We pride ourselves in having a clean and spotless unit so that you get exactly what you see in our photos. We want you to have an eventful vacation without worries, just fun.

We also require a $65 damage insurance which provides $1500 of accidental damage insurance. We accept personal checks & money orders -- We also accept Master Card, Visa and Discover cards with a 3% service charge and Amex with a 4% service charge. THREE NIGHT MINIMUM REQUIRED

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given unless: 1) The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or 2) A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest. THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund: 1) Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; 2) Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and 3) Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.

We recently rented this unit and the layout was very nice with two bathrooms. Pictures were very close to actual unit. Nice comforter on bed although bedroom was a little small for two pieces of luggage. Bring your own towels and paper products. The towels were so thin you could see through them. No tissues in unit & no blanket for couch. Caution that rental managers changed the cost of the unit after our first inquiry. Took down the deal online as soon as we called. Great location and unit was very quiet with ample parking.Owner response: We are delighted to hear that everything about the unit was satisfactory with a few exceptions which we welcome the opportunity to address. 1) We have been using the same cleaning service for four years and this is the FIRST time that anyone has complained about the towels being thin or that there were no tissues in the unit. We will address it with them immediately. We just wish we had gotten a call so that we could have delivered whatever was needed. That includes the blanket for the couch that, in fact, should have been there. 2) We often advertise “specials” for a period of time in our VRBO heading and then when the date passes, we change the heading. In this particular case, the heading still showed our advertised special. When quoted the normal rate, the renter questioned it and the rental manager explained that the dates for the special had run out already. She then proceeded to go to VRBO to correct the heading. This was certainly not a bait and switch situation. Again…. All the issues mentioned can be corrected and will be. We are still delighted that everyone seemed to be satisfied with the unit and its location and hopefully had a good time.

After years of renting directly from the resort, I decided to browse the VBRO listings and found several units in the same area of the resort thet we prefer. The unit we rented is very nicely decorated, has a great view and was incredibly clean. The administrative process was a breeze and the property manager was a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I look forward to being a repeat customer.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
