Ocean Sands II are the nicest and most luxurious condos we have seen on the Gulf. The condominium has a relaxing resort feel, but it is very convenient to several cities. Saint Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa, including Tampa International Airport are within 20 minutes. Orlando is 90 minutes away. Treasure Island is 1 mile away.

Fabulous! We recently returned from our stay at Oceans Sands II and had a wonderful and relaxing time. The accommodations are beautiful and home-like. We enjoyed friendly and stress-free "landlords" to work and communicate with in regards to our reservations and any details of our stay. Andy, Thank you very much for taking care of all of our needs for the stay at your condo. My family found it cozy, enjoyable and well-furnished. Everything was within close proximity and well maintained. The views from the balcony were great, saw dolphins and manatees. Thanks for having all of the towels, swimming accessories, chairs, cleaning supplies and more! I also appreciate your quick responses to all of my communications and very detailed and easy to follow instructions. Hubby & I had a wonderful, relaxing time over the holidays- beautiful sunsets, dolphins playing and kids flying kites, also watched a funny wedding on New Years Day from balcony ( folks erected a make-shift cardboard trestle quickly, groom & bride walked out on sand in formal attire, quick I-do's and then they packed up and scurried off!). Tell Barbara that the my husband really enjoyed all the great pots & pans in kitchen, lots of good meals watching the sun go down. Hope to do again at end of year. Appreciate all the help with reservation, etc. Truly felt like home away from home, you run a good tight ship and after 30 years in area, your place is a gem.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

It is absolutely lovely condo. With gorgeous views. huge balcony overlooks the ocean. We saw dolphins almost every day from our balcony. Condo is very clean and nicely decorated and staffed with everything you’ll need for your perfect vacation. It was so hard to leave…. We are planning to rent it again next year. Thanks for stress free landlords. We will Highly recommend this unit. This condo is absolutely the best vacation home we ever rented. It is beautifully decorated, fully remodeled, very clean, with the most gorgeous view. It has every little thing you need and are used to; pots and pans, all kitchen utensils, high-speed internet (really high-speed!!!), many regular and beach towels, washer & dryer. The beach is very conveniently located right next to the building. You walk out of the garage and you are on the beach. There is also a gate from the pool to the beach. The beach is very clean and quiet, not over-crowded, with beautiful white sand. The sunsets that you can watch from the beach and from your own private balcany are to die for. There are also a few restaurants within 2 minutes walk from the condo, including absolutely the best sushi restaurant. It is simply a perfect place to stay and I would highly recommend it!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.
