This cozy and comfortable 5B/3.5ba home has plenty of space for the entire family and vistas that will take your breath away. The sugary white sands are only a few steps away….just walk out the back door and you are there!
The floor plan of the home was designed to maximize your enjoyment of the magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico. Three of the five bedrooms, including the master suite, are gulf front and have balcony access. The living and dining areas are located on the second level and feature amazing views of the sand and water as well as balcony access. But don’t take our word for it – take a look at the pictures!

We have stayed here a few times and it has always been a fantastic location for enjoying the beautiful beach and wonderful gulf views. Three great decks and when you walk out the deck - you are on the beach!! The house had a number of updates at our last visit in 2011. The gourmet kitchen and a new Weber gas grill were available for our enjoyment. The beach service was really nice - they set up the chairs and umbrella and put them away afterward.....and the beach chairs are super comfortable. Lots to do if you want to explore the area....golf, shopping, sightseeing....the week goes by fast! Great restaurants nearby that range from the upscale to local haunts with fantastic fresh seafood. Try Busters, just a few blocks away, for some happy hour oysters and a bulldog (large beer) - it's great! The Whales Tail is a short walk on the beach and has good food and drink. Fantastic kitchen and a dining area with views over the gulf when you want to eat in. Another critical but often overlooked plus: the beds have really good mattresses. You need a good nights rest before heading out for a full day at the beach! Our children were young when we first came here and there are lots of kid friendly activities (water parks, etc.) that they will enjoy. Highly recommend. A great deal when considering this home will comfortably accomodate two or three families.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Very nice stretch of beach, the chair and umbrella service was terrific. The street out front was very busy from about 10a-10p and the houses and condos on the adjacent 2-3 blocks are a little seedy, gas station across street. Overall, not bad, just not ideal. House was nice--terrific hot water heater. It was reasonably maintained but a bit run down, obvious when comparing to the same age model next door. Reasonably clean, although about 20% of the light bulbs were out and several outlets didn't work--minimally annoying. The views from the living room and three beachfront bedrooms were outstanding and made up for a lot. Kitchen stocked with appliances, etc. Older, small Television sets, but adequate. WiFi service was excellent, ~20 Mbs. Trash was overflowing from the outside cans when we got there, called maintenance but no one ever came. Trash did finally get picked up several days later. Didn't visit adjacent Seascape resort--actually not very convenient to the house. The pool to which we had access was about 3 blocks down the street. Overall, very good. A- overall. Probably a bit overpriced for what you are getting but I rented late in the season, and therefore can't complain.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
