The Winter Springs Ranch Guest House is a luxurious home in a magnificent setting on 1,000 acres of wilderness about ten miles up the Rogue River from Gold Beach at Winter Springs Ranch.
Winter Springs Ranch Guest House is by far our most romantic, gracious, and luxurious home. From the moment you enter this luxurious two-bedroom three-bath home, the grandeur surrounds you with it’s floor to ceiling wall of windows, granite and hardwood floors, white cedar walls, and oversized glass doors which invite the outdoors in! It also boasts of custom roman baths, a fireplace, and a state-of-the-art hot tub tucked away in the rock grotto amidst an incredible landscaping. The home also offers laundry facilities, satellite television, CD player, nicely equipped gourmet kitchen, and more! Guests of the Winter Springs Ranch Guest House are invited to enjoy the serenity of 1,000 acre Winter Springs Ranch with it's 17 miles of private roads and trails and immediate access to all of the recreational opportunities.
We would be pleased to have you stay at one of our homes and have you experience our special brand of hospitality. The recreational opportunities of the ranch are wonderful for families - including miles of hiking trails, streams, ponds, picnic areas, resident elk heard and more! The Ranch is privately owned and operated and available exclusively to our guests. All of the homes are in spectacular settings and privately situated - not in a neighborhood! This provides our guest with a unique vacation opportunity - wide open spaces, wildlife, and 'wild relaxation'!

Lodging Tax: 1%
Cleaning Fee: $85.00 Pet fee: $50.00 per pet, per visit.
Cancellations and Refunds
Due to our intimate size, cancellations and reservations changes effect us significantly. All cancellations are subject to a $250.00 processing fee. Cancellations communicated more than 30 days from your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, less the $250.00. Cancellations made less than 30 days will be refunded in full only if the reserved time can be re-booked at the same rate. In the event that we are able to partially fill your cancelled space, we will refund the recovered amount, less a $250.00 processing fee. Deposits made by credit card will be charged 3.5% of amount paid + the $250.00.
Deposits
To secure a reservation for up to one week, we require a payment for the first night's stay plus a security deposit of $300. The security deposit is refundable within 7 days after departure, provided there is no damage to the premises.
To secure a reservation for one week or more, we require a payment of 1/2 of the total stay plus the $300.00 security deposit.
The balance is due no later than one week prior to your arrival date.

Lidia, This was round two for us and it was even better than the first. My daughter (now five and a budding artist) made a list of all the things she wanted to do at the ranch and I think after seven fun filled days, we accomplished each and every one. We hiked, swam (Lobster Creek was even colder than I remembered), fished, observed the tide pools, played at the beach, spied on elk, soaked in the hot tub at least twice a day, warmed ourselves by the fire every night, survived the petting zoo, had dinner at a nice restaurant and relaxed!Did you find this review helpful? Coming up the drive we felt such anticipation and happiness to share this special place, and especially YOU, with our brother and sister-in-law. It has been just as special or more than we remembered. The birds here really mesmerized Ruby and I saw bats early in the morning by my window. It was a humorous way to start the day! We had a wonderful three days here, hiking all of the trails, hearing the bugeling elk and watching the deer, quail and numerous other birds. My son loved the newts on the trails and in the pond and I loved the smell of the myrtlewood. It is the perfect place to relax. We will definitely be back.Did you find this review helpful?
