A beautiful beachfront location on the gorgeous North Carolina coast awaits you at this pretty and comfortable condominium. You can see for miles while relaxing on your private beachfront deck. Nothing separates you from the sandy beach but warm air and sunshine. Spend your days on the beach, by the pool, or venture out to enjoy all the activities the area has to offer.
Come and spend your Spring vacation, Summer vacation or honeymoon at this ideal location. The condo is fully-equipped with everything you will need for a vacation at the beach. Just bring your swimsuits and plan to enjoy!(You provide linens or they are available for rent).
The condominium is situated on a lovely sandy beach. The condominium property has a lawn area with barbecues, a pool, sundeck and gazebo.
This is a great location for a small family. There are sleeping accommodations for up to six with a queen-size bed in the bedroom, bunk beds in the sleeping alcove, and a queen-size sofa sleeper.
Everything is freshly decorated and updated often with modern flooring and carpeting, fresh paint, and new furniture items. Everything to make our guests comfortable has been provided including: wireless internet, central air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, microwave, 2 DVD players, 2 cable TVs with extended cable service, washer and dryer, and a fully-stocked kitchen.
There is a glass-top dining table inside or you may choose to dine outdoors on the deck while you enjoy the view. The deck is the perfect spot for watching the sunrise, sunning, relaxing, or just watching the ocean and beach. The view is spectacular and you can see for miles. If you watch closely near shore you may even see dolphins swimming.
The large, beachfront, swimming pool is just steps away and features a sundeck with lounge chairs, gazebo, shower, and beach view.
For your convenience we have provided a storage closet for your beach and pool items and for bicycles if you have them. There are boogie boards and beach chairs in the closet for you to use or bring your favorite chair. The storage is adjacent to the private parking lot provided for Sea Colony guests' use only.
The uncrowded white sandy beach consists of seven miles of beautiful North Carolina coast and is accessible by a private walkway from the property. Lifeguards are on duty during peak season and hours. The closet lifeguard stand is about 50 yards from our beachfront location. Carolina Beach lifeguards sponsor a no child lost program and offer wristbands for children which are color coded to match the closest lifeguard stand. Enjoy walking the beach, shelling, swimming, surfing, or just relaxing on the beach.
Carolina Beach and Sea Colony are on Pleasure Island which is accessible by bridge from the north, or ferry boat from the south. Charter boats for fishing, dining, or tours are located in Carolina Beach. Restaurants, shopping, two fishing piers, golf, The North Carolina Aquarium, and beach rentals (boogie boards, bicycles, etc.) are all located close by. There is a bike path that runs along a distance of the island and the sightseeing opportunities are numerous in and around Carolina Beach, Wilmington, and the opposite end of the ferry trip, Southport.
The historic port city of Wilmington, located 17 miles away, plays host to various special events. One is the North Carolina Azalea Festival in April featuring live musical and theater performances, garden and historic homes tours, outdoor activities, food and crafts. During the summer, outdoor activities are scheduled along the Wilmington riverfront. The city plays host to Riverfest in the fall, a celebration of the flavor and culture of the area. The North Carolina Battleship Museum and riverfront cruises are also in Wilmington. The ferry boat makes the half hour trip to the quaint town of Southport several times a day. Cars or bicycles may be taken onto the ferry that goes from Fort Fisher to Southport, both great places to visit.

Ceceilia, I did leave a comment in the book at the condo....we loved your beach home. We'll be back! I wanted to let you know, hopefully faster this way, that a lady called the condo the saturday I got there, July 10, saying she had purchased B-4 from you and the papasan chair that you wanted out of there was under the steps of that condo, they were already gone, but thought that you all would still be there. My daughter and I brought the chair up to B-25 and put it in the living room. I hope that is ok, please email me and let me know you got my message. Thanks again! Beverly Hill
