  We had an enjoyable time. The house was close to UNCW. We had my parents and mother-in-law with us. My mother-in-law really enjoyed being able to sit under the carport in the morning with her cup of coffee.

  My family loved this home and will definitely stay again when we visit Wilmington. It is in a great location, easy access to downtown or the beach. Perfect sized home for our family of 4 but space for more and the pack n' play and high chair were wonderful! Very clean, comfortable, and a perfect price for our budget! The owner is very nice and helpful!

  love the house. would like to find a house like that, if we ever deside to move back to north carolina. love the area. grocies and everything you needed was near by. perfect location. it was like being back home. next visit, would like to stay here again. thank you for welcoming us .

  Your house was perfect for our vacation! Everything was clean and comfortable. We appreciate the thought you have put into what you have stocked the house with, all the comforts of home. Also the notes for nearby groceries, etc was a big help. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and well maintained. Close enough to the beach to come "home" for lunch and go right back! The pictures and descriptions are accurate and the owner was so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this house for a family vacation. We hope to come back next year!

  Excellent stay-Wonderful-Clean-Well Stocked Homey HOME-All the Positive comments above-So True-we would use this place again-Owner Gloria great to work with, nice neighborhood & great location. We enjoyed Wilmington & this Wonderful home away from home! Thanks again for sharing your home & giving us a great alternative, Mom enjoyed her own room but near us & our Little dog was so happy to get to travel with us-I think he fell in love with the little white dog "Princess" next door-very nice neighbors :) it was very close to the assisted living home of My Aunt- (My Mom's sister whom we visited-she even came in to see the home & was VERY IMPRESSED!

  We were very pleased with this charming home. It was exceptionally clean and neat. Most rooms were very spacious-bathroom was a little small. Kitchen/dining room is well stocked and great for family meals together. Living room is cozy but only seats 5 people comfortably. Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space for clothing etc. in bedrooms. Patio area is great for quiet evenings out together and our youngest loved playing outside. The only drawback we had was that our 2-year-old did get stung on the cheek and there was a wasp nest by the above the water hose. We did inform the owner about the wasp nest and are sure it will get taken care of.

  It was a great stay. The family (my wife, mother, and 6 children) drove from Kansas staying in hotels. It was wonderful to finally stay in a home. It was a great quiet neighborhood, close to the highway which allowed for easy access to the local attractions. The beach was only 15 minutes away (easy drive)!!! The home was beautiful, newly updated. The owner was great to work with, she was quick to respond to any and all questions and was so kind and helpful during the stay. And the price was amazing. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay in Wilmington.
