This executive family home is brand new for Summer 2004. The villa offers over 2500 square feet of fully air conditioned, flexible living space. It comprises of five large double-size bedrooms (including three master suites), two spacious sitting areas, two dining areas, and a pool and jacuzzi area which is fully-screened and has a poolside shower for your convenience. The pool and jacuzzi can be heated if required and have underwater illumination.
For your entertainment there is a fully air conditioned game room. The villa has luxury facilities and equipment to attend to all of your likely holiday needs including a home cinema, PC Broadband access, 55' Samsung LED/LCD Smart HDTV, one PlayStaion 3 and two Playstation 2's to keep the younger generation amused. There is a fully air-conditioned game room with pool, foosball, and table hockey.
For keen golfers the villa is ideally situated for access to many golf courses including Greg Norman's Champions Gate. For the comfort and safety of all guests there is no smoking permitted within the villa.

In the absence of a guest comment book at the villa we would all like to thank you for the wonderful time we spent in your lovely home. From the moment we arrived outside the house we could tell we were in for something special and we certainly were not disappointed. The welcome grocery pack was a blessing as we were late arriving and this saved us having to shop at 11.00pm after the tiring journey. You have obviously spent a lot of time and effort equiping the villa as everything one could ever need was catered for. The walkie talkies were invaluable.Did you find this review helpful? A booking deposit of $150 per week is payable withing 3 dasy of booking the villa. The balance, along with the security depsoit is payable 12 weeks before arrival.

All fees and taxes are included in the quoted price. Pool heating is an optional extra at $24. There is a fully refundable security deposi of $470. This is defendant on a satisfactory inspection by our management company following your departure.

About the owner: I am a retired Scottish GP and my wife Morag, is a retired Primary Teacher and we have been married since 1971. We own the villa with another couple, Ken and Lorna Patrick. Ken is ex Astra Zeneca and is now a self employed business consultant. Lorna is a manager with the pharmaceutical company Bristol Myers Squib. We all love golf, good food and good wine as well as the sunshine. Morag and I have 3 grown up daughters. Since we retired we have spent most of our time holidaying and playing golf.
Why the Owner Chose Cumbrian Lakes:
Ken and I came to Florida for several years with some friends on a boys golf outing. In 2003 we decided to buy a house which was completed in 2004. We chose the house on Cumbrian Lakes as it was in a superb location with loads of accommodation and handy for lots of great golf courses. It is also handy for all the parks and close to the 192 as well as many shops and restaurants. The location couldn't be better as it is quiet and peaceful despite being handy for all the above amenities.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The villa has the 'wow' factor. It is open and airy and has lots of accommodation. It is ideally situated looking south west over the lake so we get the sun all the year round. We get a lot of wild life on the lake. Apart from the birds we often have gators and turtles as well as a family of ducks that we have watched grow up from little balls of fluff. There is nothing better dining al fresco and watching the sun go down over the lake or sitting in the family room of an evening watching a DVD on the home cinema. We are close to WalMart and Edwin Watts so all our needs are catered for.
