  This is a great place to stay! Owners are very helpful and they called mid week to make sure things were going good.....don't get that thru a real estate office. Have everything you need....when they say just bring ur beach towel...they mean it. Quiet street on a golf course too! I have been to OBX 12 times now and this was a great find. My granddaughters lived in the great pool......I had cocktails on the steps in the corner of the pool. When you stay at a place that is like this.....you can relax. Will be back again and had 2 families that were there same week that came to visit and was amazed at place & price. Do I get a finders fee......lol. I give "Totally Beachin" a rating of Excellent x 5. TR

  We enjoyed staying at this beach house was close to shopping, fun activities for the kids and the beach. Owners were good to work with and helpful. We will recommend this house for future beach trips and to friends and relatives.

  This place was great! We had tons of room for our party of 6 adults and 3 young kids (under 3). We enjoyed our time in the house...esp the hammock. The location was great. It is close to grocery stores, the beach and Duck Doughnuts(a must). It is convenient location see lots of the Outer Banks. We easily went north to Corolla and south to Bodie Island. The house was clean and nice. The one thing i wish we had known first is that the pool was not heated. We went during a tropical storm and it would have been nice to use the pool since the beach was so windy. I would recommend this place to a friend.

  First want to say that Kenny & Patti were very helpful about answering the many questions I had about the house. I loved the fact that Kenny called a day after arrival to see how we were doing and if needed anything. The house itself was very clean and the pictures do not do justice to the house. The house is very spacious and the vaulted ceiling in the living room made it seem even more spacious. The master bedroom was very nice seemed new...and double sinks in all the bathrooms nice touch if you have several people that need to get ready. We LOVED the screened in deck and the hammock was so relaxing the pool area was very clean and got plenty of use from us. The kitchen was fully stocked for all the cooking that was done. It was a nice note left by Kenny saying help yourself to anything in the house....made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this house and we hope to be back next year. I have to say we checked many rentals before deciding to rent this house and the price was good and the best thing was no Linen fee and no hidden cost. Kenny & Patti were honest and upfront about everything,,,,It was a nice surprise when I told Kenny we left a skim board and a dvd and he offered to send them to me. It may not be right on the beach but for all the benefits of this house I would take this with the pool over ocean front. The drive to the beach is maybe 3 minutes. Kenny & Patti thanks for a nice place to stay !!! I am sure we will be back.

  My family and I (a total of 10) stayed at this beautiful beach house during the 4th of July week. The location is perfect! The owners, Patti and Kenny are extremely kind and helpful. The pictures are true to the house which was just really lovely. The house itself is very spacious, comfortable, kid friendly, and very clean. It's located in a quiet neighborhood off the main stretch. It's also close to all the conveniences, such as a grocery store, anything one would need to enjoy a week on the outer banks. I can not say enough positive things about this place. I would highly recommend it to all of my friends and family, and will definitely be contacting Patti and Kenny the next time we vacation in the outer banks.
