Home away from home, our cozy condo is located in a quiet, mature, peaceful neighborhood that is centrally located in historic Park City. Old Town is only 2 miles away and conveniently accessed via the free and efficient Park City bus route with a stop 25 yards from our back door. Park City Mountain Resort – 1.5 miles; Deer Valley – 3 miles; the Canyons – 3.5 miles. All a short drive or bus ride away! The area is great for skiing, hiking, biking, tennis, golf, trout fishing and family mountain adventures!
The full kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and a complete set of dining and cookware. The living room includes a leather sofa and chair, gas fire place, 42 inch flat screen HDTV, cable, DVD player, Bose iPOD dock and free WiFi.
A new large deck is located off of the living room with a new private hot tub with great mountain views. A second large deck is located off of the kitchen with a gas grill. The one car garage is a short walk from the front door and includes a remote garage door opener and room for ski/bike storage.
Two bedrooms are located upstairs, each with a comfy queen bed and plush bedding. Each bedroom has a private balcony and the master has a romantic wood-burning fireplace. A full bath with granite vanity is located between the bedrooms, a bathroom with a tiled shower is located on the first floor. A loft with two twin beds is located above the second bedroom.
Small dogs are welcome with an additional deposit, larger dogs on approval. No cats please. No smoking.

Well equipped rental property, very clean. On the bus line to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, and the Canyons. Great time.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

Staying in this house was great from the beginning to the end. John the owner, was a pleasure to deal with, always polite and nice. He provided us with a complete checklist that made the arrival and the departure really easy. The house is very well decorated, everything works perfectly and there is nothing broken or mended. You can feel the owners probably give this house as much attention as they give to their first home. The dinning area is a bit small for 4 people if you are going there during the winter but there is a big porch adjacent to it with sliding doors that probably solves the problem in the summer. The location is excellent and the bus stop is literally 25 yards from the house, which makes going to the mountain or to town very easy. And when you come back to the house, you have a great hot tub to dip in! Not to mention the giant bean bag in front of the fireplace in the main bedroom. My kids loved both! I cannot imagine how a 2-bedroom condo could be better than this one.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Fantastic house, beautifully decorated and the location was perfect. Very cozy and homey, we will not be staying anywhere else next time we come to town. It was perfect. My Family came into town from Longmont Colorado and SunValley Idaho to watch my niece race in the Erik Hayes race at Park City.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Park City is our little treasure. Being outdoor junkies, we go from cycling, both road and mountain (awesome trails) in the spring to fall season, to downhill and cross country skiing in the winter. The hardest decision to make everyday we are there is "How do we want to play today?" The hiking is fabulous, and our dog loves the trails as much as we do. Wildlife is abundant and moose sightings are common! Driving into town, we can actually feel our shoulders start to fall away from our necks as the pressure of jobs melts away in the mountain air. As with most folks these days our jobs are demanding and life is too often hectic, so we really look forward to turning off the phones and being IN THE MOMENT at our getaway in Park City. You will too!
