This condo was completely renovated floor to ceiling in 2009 and is very spacious offering approx. 1700 square feet. It offers a new kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, all new floor tiles in the living, dining, den , foyer, hallway, bathrooms and kitchen. The bedrooms have new carpeting and the two bathrooms have upgraded tile and new solid surface countertops. The condo has all new furniture, also. I spent 7 weeks in this lovely, very tastefully decorated and spacious condo. Beds are very comfortable, master bath is fantastic, kitchen is very well furnished; everything you need if you prefer to prepare meals. Only steps to a very uncrowded beach loaded with gorgeous shells. The spacious lanai is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine and listen to the ocean's tide while enjoying the great view of pool and ocean. Location if very convenient to restaurants and island activities. I highly recommend Timbers, Thistle Lodge, Doc Fords Bar & Gril and definately Pinocchio"s Ice Cream.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This condo had everything we could have hoped for. It is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and filled with modern ammenities. The view is fantastic, overlooking both the ocean and the beautifully manicured grounds. It was wonderful to be able to sit on the lanai and feel as though we were outside while our infant was napping in the bedroom. And with the pool and the beach just a short walk from the condo, it was the perfect fit for our family with two young children. We will definitely be returning!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I stayed at this lovely condo and thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness and tasteful decorating. The views of the ocean from the condo are amazing! We could have easily fit 6 people in the condo but we only had 4. It offered everything we were looking for, easy access to beach, nice pool and a convenient location. We did not cook at in the condo but it seemed to be nicely stocked. The grounds are beautifully manicured and very clean. I would highly recommend this condo to my most fastidious friends! We hope to return and rent again from this owner.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

The condo was in excellent condition with all the needed amenities. It is well located to the beach and has a nice small pool in the complex. The condo was well sized with adequate sleeping arrangements. It was located in a quiet area of the island but near to town amenities. We were extremely satisfied with the condo and especially enjoyed the fabulous view of the gulf from the large balcony.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

One of the most spacious 2 bedroom condos in Sanibel. Gulf front resort and children's program. Sanibel has a casual, tropical, very beachy feel, yet is upscale at the same time. There are no highrise buildings and two-thirds of the island is a preserve, giving it a very lush tropical feel. There are 30 miles of flat bike paths and several bike rental places on the island, including at Sundial Resort.
We looked all over Florida and settled on Sanibel for these reasons and also because it is popular with all age groups.

We love to walk out of our condo and walk onto the beach and go shelling. The resort is very centrally located.
