Only the Setting is “Unspoiled” in this Luxury Mountain Home
This three-bedroom luxury house allows you to be “spoiled” while enjoying the unspoiled wilderness of Colorado. Wildlife that may be observed from the house and its two decks include elk, deer, moose, wild turkey, fox, bobcat, and bears. Your front deck provides gorgeous views of the typically-snow-capped Continental Divide, Mummy Range and Prospect Mountain, with the blue waters of Mary’s Lake in the foreground. Nearby Estes Park is a delightful town, with quaint shops, restaurants and coffee houses. Your back yard will be the Arapaho National Forest, and the beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park, with its breathtaking “trail ridge” road, is less than three miles away.
The house includes a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, a gas grill, a stone fireplace, a big screen TV with DVR and cable and -- if you must stay in touch with your office -- a "fully" equipped office nook. Simply plug in your lap top computer to high speed internet (or via wireless router), to stay in touch with your office while enjoying the beauty of Colorado.
The home is designed to facilitate one or two floor living. The master bedroom and the second bedroom have king beds. The third bedroom has two “California” (extra-long) single beds. The split level design allows for maximum privacy within the house, both levels having living rooms.
If cooking while on vacation is not appealing, one of the best restaurants in the area is in walking distance at Mary’s Lake Lodge. Enjoy live entertainment and dancing in the evenings while you watch the sun set over the Rockies, and get extra spoiled at the Escape Spa which offers massage therapy and other salon amenities.
The Master Suite has a bathtub that is big enough for two, and deep enough to drown in. The six-person hot tub on the rear deck is completely private.
You will enjoy this house while paying about the same rate as you would for two hotel rooms without all of these amenities, comfort, privacy and view.

We really enjoyed our week stay. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was much more comfortable and private than a hotel would have been. It was great to be able to prepare our own meals. We definitely took advantage of the kitchen and the gas grill on the deck. The house is very close to the shops and restaurants in Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP), so there was plenty to do without a long drive. We had a great time exploring RMNP for the week and enjoyed being able to relax in the hot tub on the deck after a day of hiking. We didn't eat out very often during the week, but we did have a very good dinner at Mama Rosa's in Estes Park one night. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this property to others. And The hot tub was also a nice Mama Rosa'sDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

My wife and I spent our anniversary in Estes Park and were thrilled with your house. The views were spectacular, and the deer grazed right outside our window. We also enjoyed the convenience of the house to Rocky Mountain National Park as well as the shops and restaurants of Estes. We can’t wait to go back!Did you find this review helpful? We can't thank you enough for the use of your fabulous vacation home. Our children (ages 24, 21, 16) loved having all of the space it provided. We found your home to be more than adequate with supplies and information. In fact, all of us had a great time cooking in the kitchen together. It was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. WOW! It was the best equipped kitchen we have seen in all of the years we have rented homes on vacation. The location of your home was perfect. Being out of the hustle and bustle of town was a nice change for us, but it wasn't too far to go get anything we needed. The trip to and from town gave us a chance to see wildlife and enjoy the mountains. Being from Texas our favorite part of the trip was the cool air and the rain! It is going to be hard to leave today and go home to the hot, humid air again. Thank you again for being such a wonderful host. Your home was very enjoyable. Everyone in our family was able to relax and make memories for years to come.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We really enjoyed this home in Estes Park. The house is finished beautifully with granite countertops, wood floors and nice furniture in every room. My husband and I, my two teenage kids and both Grandmas were very comfortable here. The view of Mary's Lake is great and the backyard is a mountain! We were visited by a dozen elk, wild turkeys, a deer and tons of chipmunks. My kids took advantage of the hot tub nearly every night. We enjoyed starting our day with breakfast at the house and coming home to fix dinner each night. The kitchen is stocked well with most everything you could need to cook. The only thing we missed was a blender. We fell in love with Estes Park and hope to come back soon and stay in this lovely home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed in this beautiful home and enjoyed it immensely! The home is finished very nicely with granite countertops and beautiful wood flooring. The view is incredible and the backyard is a mountain! My teenagers loved the hot tub. We were visited by wild turkeys, elk, deer and tons of chipmunks. The house is a great place to start and end your day after trips into the RMNP and town. We took advantage of the kitchen cooking breakfast each morning and dinner most nights. We love Estes Park and hope to return some day soon and stay in this house again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Thank you so much for making our vacation so memorable. Your home was perfect for our family of 5, where all of us had plenty of space. We enjoyed being together in the family room and cooking together in your well stocked kitchen. Being out away from town a little bit helped us relax and further enjoy the outdoors. Getting to town to pick up something was an easy drive and allowed us to see more wildlife on the way. Waking up to the beauty of the mountains, fresh air, and sounds of the outdoors was refreshing to us. Our family found plenty to do to entertain our teenage son and young adult daughters, but we also had time to just be together and enjoy family time. Your home was very comfortable, spacious, accommodating, and had everything we needed for our stay. Estes Park is a beautiful place to vacation and your home was the perfect paradise for our family. Thank you!!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Evening Ed, We made it to the house yesterday evening thanks. The house is beautiful and what a view in the morning!! As I am still on NY time I am up at 4am and saw the sunrise.........breathtaking. Everything is immaculate in the house and we are not using any of the rooms downstairs so hopefully it will make the change over on Saturday easier. We took your advice and did the Bear lake and Alberta falls trail and it was perfect for my son he made it round fine.....thanks for the recommendation. Tomorrow we are heading the fern lake and fern falls saving the trail ridge road for Friday!!! We can not thank you enough for renting the house to us we are having a fantastic family vacation!!! Have a great evening, JamesDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/2
