Crescent Bar Resort is a vacation paradise located 7 miles west of Quincy on an island on the Columbia River surrounded by scenic, towering basalt cliffs. The area captures 300 days of sunshine a year. Our unit is in the Crescent Bar Resort Condominium complex which has 110 units all facing in on a meticulously maintained courtyard complete with a monstrous 185,000 gallon swimming pool, 20 person spa and heated baby pool.
The condo unit has a Mexican Villa themed decor and is furnished with items from trips to... you guessed it... Mexico. The unit will remind you so much of Cabo, you'll be putting tequila on your Cocoa Puffs. So even though you'r only 2 hours from Seattle, you feel as if your at a far away vacation destination.
Our condo will sleep up to six guests. The "Palm" bedroom on the main floor contains a queen bed and an upper loft hosts 2 queen beds and the watchful eyes of the "Magical Sun". Each floor has its own full bathroom. The main floor also contains the kitchen, a separate washer/dryer area, as well as the oversized covered deck - complete with ceiling fan - overlooking the pool. There are TV's/DVD's on both levels with the main living area containing a home theater surround sound system. In the summer the weather can get down right scorchin', so the unit has a "top of the line" Central Air Conditioning System and four ceiling fans.
The river boasts approximately 20 miles of fun filled boating between the two dams with many high cliffs (for you daredevils) and sandy beaches for playing in the sun. There's two public launch ramps and a sandy beach area a stones throw of the Condominium complex. A mooring buoy (Keg) has been placed in the canal next to the condo for your watercraft. Concerts at the "Gorge" at George amphitheater are an absolute must during the summer season and are almost as fun from your boat on the river.
Our unit is one of the more popular units at Crescent Bar and has booked solid the past 4 summers.
