  First, let me say that this home is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. I would be proud to own it! The beds are comfortable, the couches are comfortable, the tv's are great and the tiled floors are wonderful. The pool is quite nice and the overhang near the pool provides great shade during the day. The location is also convenient. The photos on this site are accurate. We did encounter a problem, however, and that is why we rate it only a 4-star. When we rent while on vacation, we love to stick around the home during the day enjoying the pool and cooking outside. We planned on doing this here as well and then visiting the Disney parks in the evening. When we narrowed down our home choices, we specifically chose this house over one closer to Disney because it had a gas grill and not a charcoal grill and because of the outside overhang for shade. Well, the grill was so filthy that we could not clean it - and it smelled so bad - even with the cover on - that we could not enjoy sitting by the pool during the day for long periods of time. This did affect our vacation. And, although I fairly quickly called the mgt company about the dirty grill, the leaky fridge and a light out in the bathroom, they did not fix or replace them during our 8 day stay. But, again, the house is beautiful and quite tasteful. If the grill had been replaced, I certainly would have rated the home a 5+.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our maintenance person went out and cleaned the barbecue the day following the phone call from this guest. He was also going to change the light bulb and look at the refrigerator, however, the key was not left in the lock box, so he could not access the home. We attempted to make contact at the house in the following days, however, were unable to. We restrict access to the homes to the guests and ourselves during guest stays unless the guest agrees to allow maintenance access by leaving their key in the lock box.

• Was perfect for our family trip.

  We booked this villa for our first family trip to Disney. It saved us a lot of money compared to staying on the Disney resort. We had seven people on our vacation and each of us had our own space in this house. It was awesome. The only thing I noticed was the gate around the pool was poorly constructed and my daughter could easily open it and get in the pool. We liked how we were close to Disney but away from it enough that we could get anywhere without lots of traffic, even a short drive to Tampa! We are planning a return trip within the next year or so with a family friend and my fiance mentioned that he would like to get this villa again. He liked it as much as I did! The house was great no problems that we noticed. It was easy to find and very close to the grocery store which was great! Other than Disney we had a great time at the go cart tracks, maybe just as much fun there as we had at Disney! There is just so much to do in the area to name/ remember everything we did. Trina

  We stayed here for our honeymoon and thought the house was nice. It needed some cosmetic fixes, new paint and such, but overall it was in good, clean condition. It was a little farther outside of Orlando than we were expecting, but that was fine -- just a little more driving. Out biggest issue was the service and expectations of the house. For example, the booklet of rules/info about Florida in the house asked that guests put towels and sheets in the washer before they check out to help out the cleaning staff. Not a big deal -- however, they provide no laundry detergent. We found it unreasonable to ask us to launder and then not provide the items needed and found it surprising after how accommodating the management was. We were also surprised by how sparsely the house was stocked. We have stayed in several vacation homes before and they always have staples -- bread, cleaning supplies, salt, pepper, beach towels, etc. The house had none of these things. Overall, a good value for the money but we will not be staying in the house or with that company again.

This home is self catering and therefore would not have the supplies that you had expected to have available in the home.
