We were thrilled with the accommodations that Holly provided in her condo. It is very spacious, has a TON of amenities and is located in a beautiful location. We go to Fort Myers Beach every year, and this is our first stay at Gateway Villas. The pool was heated which was huge considering the weather did not cooperate every day. 5 Stars all around!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I would highly recommend this condo. We could not think of one thing that we needed in the condo that was not there. The owner thought of everything! The blender did not work the first time we tried and Holly had it replaced within a few hours. The beach was beautiful and the location to time square was the perfect walking distance. We really enjoyed watching the sunsets from the lania! I hope to go back in the near future!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

My family and I had the most relaxing vacation ever. The view from the Laina was amazing. We ate breakfast and watched the dolphins swim by several days. Holly has anything you would need from items in the kitchen to items needed for the beach. Including a kite that my youngest son flew on the beach while I watched the sunset. Thanks for an amazing stay and the best Spring Break we have ever had.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Nicely appointed and very large two bedroom condo right on the beach. The screened in balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Holly has thought of everything from appliances to utensils to coolers and beach chairs. She even provided a binder full of information about local restaurants, activities, maps, and money saving coupons. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The pool at Gateway Villas is awesome. It is perfectly heated (year round I'm told), has both deep and shallow ends and is properly placed so that it gets sun ALL day. You can watch the sunset from the pool deck. The complex also has shuffle board and an excellent laundry room. The gated parking area was never full, so we had no problems with parking. Bowditch Park is a short walk north either on the beach or on the sidewalk and is a great place to view Gopher Tortoises and try to spot dolphins in the waves. We saw dolphins in the surf almost every day! Times Square is a short walk in the other direction for all the action of Ft. Myers Beach. Food, Shops, Entertainment and nightlife. My wife summed it up as follows, "Best vacation I have ever had." My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. The place was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. You can sense generosity here due to the abundance of towels, linens, bathroom supplies, etc. The kitchen was great..nothing was forgotten here. We had every gadget, knife, bowl, etc. that we needed. The condo is spotless, as is the whole rest of the place including the swimming pool and the laundry room. I was concerned that the pool didn't get much sun due to the pictures but actually there was sun all day. The beach is amazing and we enjoyed it everyday!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gateway and Holly was very helpful with whatever we needed.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Great place to stay waking up each morning to see the white sand beach. We will stay again and would recommend to family and friends. Many extras in the condo. Within walking distance to many restaurants and activites.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My family stayed in this Gateway Villa Condo for the week of Thanksgiving. It is our favorite location/condo. The condo itself was fabulous. It had so many “extras”. We cooked most dinners in and the kitchen was very well stocked. We also used the large gas grill available to all residents. The beds were very comfortable (even the pull-out sleeper sofa!). The pool was wonderful and very clean. The property is extremely well kept. We enjoyed walks on the beautiful newly refurbished beach. It is just a short walk to the pier where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Our favorite spot was SOB (Smokin’ Oyster Brewery). Very fresh seafood! We will definitely be back…hope to spend every Thanksgiving here! Thanks for making it a home away from home!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had a Great Week in an exceptional 2 Bedroom Condo right on Ft Myers Beach! The Condo is on the North side which makes it much easier to get on and off the Beach. The Condo had everything, too many amenities to list. Even the Sofa Bed was extremely Comfortable. Thanks Holly, you were a wonderful hostess. We will be back, thanks, again. Living in Florida, we are always looking for a nice place to stay at the beach. Well we found paradise. We had never stayed on Fort Myers beach before, so after seeing the info and photos of Gateway Villas, we decided to give it a try. This unit is spectacular !!! The owner is the perfect host, and made us feel like we are part of the family. She even met us at the unit to show us all of the details. Every bit of this condo is great. The furnishings are all top notch and in great shape. The TV's, and there are 3 are all flat screen and brand new. Xbox 360 with Kinect is great and the kids loved playing it. After all the wonderful things and I could go on and on, it all comes down to location, location !! Wow... is this the perfect location. On the North end and almost right at the end, it is truly the best location on all of the beach. Close to the North tip (Bodwitch park) and close to the town, which is right on the beach. Both are within a 5 minute walk down the beach. Great beach, Great restaurants, Great sunsets, and most important, a fantastic condo to stay in. You will love your vacation on the beach. From myself and my entire family we highly recommend your stay in this unit. We had some pretty high expections about this property when we viewed it online and it exceeded our all of our expectaions. Everything and I mean everything we wanted or needed was here for us. Very clean and updated. Loved the Xbox and the choice of games and books. The owner was so pleasant to talk with and gave us helpful and useful information about the area. The views from the balcony were fabulous and the pool and property itself was clean and very well maintained. We stayed at this unit in the Gateway Villas the last week of June 2011. It is a top notch complex and I would strongly encourange you to stay in the beautifully decorated unit. Since this was our first time to the Fort Myers area, we did a lot of research of condos, hotels, and resorts. Doing our homework really paid off. The listing was exactly what we expected. We could not have been more happy with the condo we choose and the location was absolutely perfect. I loved having two balconies ( 1 off the master bedroom and another in the living room). There were so many extras in the unit - beach chairs, towels, a nice beach umberella, kids toys, fully furnished kitchen if you want to eat in, XBox 360, and so much more. It's obvious the owners want you to enjoy your stay and feel right at home. This gated community is the perfect location on Estero Island. We were within a short walk down the beach to the pier and Time Square where we found great restaurants and shops. I highly recommend the Yucatan for lunch and dinner. It is also a short walk up the beach to Bowditch Point (a nature preserve). This complex is a nice size, but small enough that our beach was not crowded at all. We took the short drive to Sannibel and Captiva Island several times during the week. Island Cow for breakfast is a must!!! Shelling was so much fun at Blind Pass. And the orange crunch cake at the Bubble Room was outstanding. We tried catching the perfect sunset at the Mucky Duck, but unfortunately it was a bit overcast that day. If you don't feel like making the drive over to Captiva, enjoy the sunset right there at this condo. If you're looking for a home away from home right on the beach with quick assess to unlimited amounts of fun, this is the place to stay!! My family stayed at this condo the week of June 11, 2011. What a wonderful place and time. The condo was beautifully decorated and accessorized. The owner has taken great care to provide entertainment and provisions for everyone (movies games xbox toys books music beach accessories etc). The privacy of the gated condo was welcomed. The pool was wonderful as was our beach entrance. Just a little slice of heaven to wake up every morning to hear the waves crashing on shore and the birds chirping. I would definitly recommend staying here you surely won't be disappointed. The pier is just a short walk from the condo where you can find shops and restaurants aplenty. If you want you can get in your car and venture a little farther and find everything you need to keep yourself busy. Will definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was a great side unit with excellent third floor views. Very clean and updated - my youngest daughter loved the modern furniture in the living room with comfortable queen sized pullout bed. Balcony off the master bedroom overlooked pool so it was easy to call the kids in for dinner. Pool was well heated and very clean. Property was clean and very well maintained. Easy walk to main beach area for dining out or to the nature reserve at the point. Owner made us feel very much at home.
