The location is perfect for year-round vacations. It is about 40 minutes drive from Nice airport and 2kms from the main street of Grasse. The city of Cannes is only 20 minutes from the front door. Ideally located for exploring the beaches of the Cote D'Azur, the delights of St. Tropez, Antibes, Monte Carlo and the picturesque small villages of Provence. Five first-class golf courses are within a 20-minute drive and miles of hiking trails are within easy reach.
Newly redecorated throughout in elegant Provencal style, this one-level house has an attractive reception/entry hall and large bright living room with fireplace, and dining room, both opening onto south-facing terrace and attractive garden.
Master bedroom with twin beds and bathroom ensuite also opens on to the terrace. Another suite has twin beds and a sleeping/lounging loft with double sofa bed, TV, and bathroom. Two other twin bedrooms have shower and WC.
A sundrenched poolside summer kitchen and dining area overlook a pool with automatic thermal roof for year-round use.
Both kitchens are well equipped: 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, 2ovens, 2 cooktops, washer/dryer.

I spent two weeks in this villa with three other friends and found it to be the ideal accommodation for our needs. Although there were only four of us, the villa easily accommodates 8 to 10 people. The interior is spotless, spacious, beautifully furnished, with every convenience. The summer kitchen has a large table for dining and views of the pool and gardens or you can enjoy the formal dining room which looks out onto the terrace. The bedrooms are large,very comfortable and with three full bathrooms and a two piece powder room you always have access. Anyone staying here will enjoy evening walks through the community as well as the nature trail which is steps away and has amazing views of the Mediterranean. We visited Nice, Antibes, Monaco, Menton, St. Paul de Vence, Biot, St. Jean Cap Ferrat and Cagnes-Sur-Mer. Opportunities for excursions from this location are unlimited. The rental agent was delightful and very thorough, providing all the infomation we needed. This was the best holiday ever and I would gladly repeat the experience.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.
