Really enjoyed staying in your condo this past week. Very nice, good beach and great location. We had an awesome trip. We will definitely be repeats!! Thanks for allowing us to stay there.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This condo is more beautiful than the photos. (And they are beautiful). It is very clean and well maintained. Great view of the ocean and the sunset. We loved the location. We checked out Pier Park. We did a lot of sightseeing as the weather was not that great.. Some of our favorite restaurants were closed for the season. The owner was very helpful with reservations and answering all questions we had. We will defintely stay at this condo again and recommend to our friends and family. .Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The view is amazing and the place is decorated to the tee! Very convenient to shopping, pier park, and of course What-A-Burger. The peir if 100 yards from the condo, so you can fish anytime you please. Great customer service from the condo employees. Kids loved the beach and heated pool. Would highly recommend this condo.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at 1203 Sterling Reef very much. It was exactly as advertised, in a great location, and even better than the photos portray! The owner was very prompt in replying and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Dusty's Oyster Bar and Dee's Hangout are convienient and were two of our favorite places to eat and hangout.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Stayed June 10th thru the 15th. The condo was immaculate, clean and had everything we could possibly ask for. This was a last minute booking arranged with the charming Kathleen by e-mail. The condo was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and fitted with everything one could need for a fabulous vacation. Sterling Reef is one of the newer resorts at the west end of the Edgewater Beach area, close enough to many good restaurants and fun bars, but still relatively quiet for a very relaxing time. Check-in was pleasant and quick and the under-cover parking easy; luggage trolleys are available, making a one-trip unload possible. The elevators are fast, we had no problems getting up and down to our 12th floor condo. We enjoyed lazing by the pool and walking the fabulous sugar-white sand beach - the best beach we have ever seen, and we have traveled all over the world. The sea, although a little rough for most of our stay, was beautifully clear and a gorgeous green/blue color and was being enjoyed by many (younger and more energetic) bathers. We had planned to use this quick, last minute stay to scope out the area for a stay with our kids and grand-kids later this summer, but we can honestly say that we didn't see anywhere else that we would rather stay. We would unhesitatingly recommend this condo to anyone! Thanks Kathleen, we will be back. We LOVED staying here! We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. The condo was beautiful and clean! My son said he wished it was our house! The sunset from the balcony was breathtaking! This condo was as awesome as advertised. Everything was so neat and clean. We can't wait till next year to come back and stay again. If your looking for a place to stay like home, this is the place for you. We just returned from a full week(7/2-7/9) at Sterling Reef . The unit is awesome, clean, and very very comfortable. The parking was just fine and we never had any trouble. The elevators are extremely busy but move fast and other than when a rain shower popped up there wasn't much of a wait. The staff at sterling Reef was very helpful and friendly [checkout is at 10:00 am (a little early but standard I guess)]. The fitness room is average but that is the only part of our stay that wasn't excellent. The beach is great and not crowded and the little bar and grill beside the pool is an excellent addition and very conveinent. This owner is/was very easy to contact and truthful about all aspects of our transaction. We were first time renters but we will be returning. Absolutely no complaints...Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had one of the best times ever (Dad, Mom, 2 boys ages 5 & 2). The condo was absolutely perfect. It was super clean almost as if it had never been lived in. Decorations were very nice, colors were excellent. It felt as if we were staying in a 5 star resort. Mike at the front desk was so super nice and informative and always made us feel welcome and answered all our questions. The pool was great and the addition of the small bar/grill just over the pool fence was a very nice which we used (didn't even have to leave the pool area). Access to the beach was very much appreciated as it was gated and coded. We were amazingly surprised at just how nice the entire resort was but especially your condo. I have your number saved and will be calling you again I'm certain. We rank this vacation as one of our best ever. The time of year (End of May/first of June) seemed to a very good time of year if you're looking to avoid crowds. Weather was also perfect the whole time there with no rain at all. The dual sliding doors in the condo was also very, very nice. Our boys loved every day there as well and already want to go back. Sorry I may have jumped around a bit but was typing as I thought of things. I would rank your condo a 5 on a scale of 1-5. Thanks so very much for allowing us to stay there! Additional note from my wife: My husband pretty much said it all but I will also add that it was one of our best vacations ever! As my husband knows, its very hard to please me when it comes to accomodations on our vacations and I was SO very happy that your condo was not only gorgeous but also VERY clean! I loved how big the balcony was and the views were really beautiful... Our boys had a fantastic time and inbetween pool and beach time we took advantage of the free dvd rentals. We walked the new County Pier which was lots of fun and visited Pier Park for lots of shopping and great food which is just down the road. Favorite meal was Pineapple Willy's for lunch. The description of the condo was right on the money in accuracy but it was even nicer than expected. The owner was super helpful in securing the condo and answering questions. I would most certainly recommend this condo to friends and relatives.
