This is a 1200 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, privately owned condo, located in Midway, UT. It includes 1 king bed in the master bedroom and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, jetted tub and two vanities, 2 queen beds and a full bathroom in the lockout bedroom, a queen sofa bed in the family room, and a pac n' play. Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV as well as the family room which also has a DVD player. The Villa is also equipped with tennis raquets, tennis balls, putters and golf balls. The kitchen has stainless steal appliances with a gas stove and oven.

Hi Brooke! I have to say that we had a great time. I loved your villa, it was beautiful and had everything we could have needed. We are hoping to rent it again this summer! We are going to Mattys for dinner tomorrow & will use it then. Many, many thanks! We are so lucky. Carol Good Morning, Brooke, We finally got home @ 3:00a.m. -- whew! But it was worth it, Your beautiful villa was the envy of everyone! I can't commit a year ahead, but if it's available for the conference next year, I will definitely want to rent it!
