Rents for $140 per night with a two night minimum, Weekly Rate is $700 Weekly Rate January thru May. June thru September $150 per night with a two night minimum, Weekly Rate is $850 for up to 6 Adults. We charge a $50 cleaning fee.

I have been about 10x's &it's alwYs wonderful!!! I have been for x-mas, Easter, tanksgiving x3 times, hallowee and aces trips in between!! I love this place, perfect for any body and there family's !!

This is a a wonderful place. I loved that it is on a small lake. I took my kayak out for a paddle in the morning and it was so beautiful and peaceful. The golf course is accross the street and I played a round. Watch out for the deer hazards! The home itself is clean and well kept. The kitchen is small and has everything you will need. The living room window affords a lovely view of Lake Josephine. When I go back I would like to bring a bicycle and pedal around the Island! I didn't visit the resturant next door, but I also didn't notice that it was there!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
