This beautiful home has an incredible view of the marsh and the scenic waterfowl as well as easy access to the ocean which is approx 300'(walkway across the street). Located in the exclusive Charlestowne Grant Section of Litchfield by the Sea (most private beach within the Resort!), the home is steps away from the neighborhood pool (adjacent to the house). The screened porch and deck of the house offer great outdoor living areas and views.
The floor plan is ideal for large gatherings with it's spacious family room that opens to the screened porch, deck, dining area and kitchen. The two story palladian window offers breathtaking views of the marsh. There are two bedrooms on the main level, each with private baths and two additional bedrooms with private baths upstairs. Master downstairs with king bed, the other downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, one upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and the other upstairs bedroom has two twins and queen sleeper sofa. There is also a loft/den area upstairs with a comfortable sectional sofa that is great for watching video, reading. Each bedroom has a TV in addition to one in the Family Room & 52' in the Loft. High speed, wireless internet access is also provided. An outdoor heated shower is located downstairs for convenience. There are plenty of beach chairs and beach toys.

Daily Housekeeping, linen & maintenance services provided by Litchfield Hotel & Resort which is included in the daily rate. You cannot access Resort amenities unless it is a Resort Managed Property. This is the only house you will find on VRBO managed by the Resort. Rates are subject to 7% State Tax & 8% Resort Fees. The Resort office also will handle payment, checkin & out. This was a lovely home. We enjoyed all the chairs for the beach and sand toys. No one needs to bring any of that. The views of the sunset from the screen porch were breathe taking and we gathered there daily to see it slip under. The beds so comfy and kitchen well equipped for whatever you might want to cook. We were very pleased and the young ones with us loved the upstairs sitting area and bedroom. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice big 2 car garage with plenty of room for all 7 bikes and room to work on a few repairs. Would have liked the gas fireplace to have been in service but not a big deal. Easy access to the beach and pool. Also a Fresh Market Grocery just down the road! Owners thanks for sharing with us!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

You will not be disappointed! This is a fabulous Southern home in the Charlestowne Grant section of “Litchfield By The Sea” Resort near Pawleys Island. Home is a wide-open spacious floor plan with recent upgrades to include a very nice Kitchen with new granite counter tops and stainless sink and appliances. The large Master Bedroom and Bath are outstanding to include a private deck through two sets of patio doors. Each of the four bedrooms and baths are totally separated from one another at opposite ends of the home creating much privacy for a larger number of guests. You will love the spacious Family Room with beautiful hardwood floors and many windows for Marsh View. Even the first floor full-length basement is wide open to park several vehicles and store beach going favorites and necessities. This entire home is up-to-date and was well planned from the beginning construction. Although the home is not ocean front, you will not think twice upon arrival. We loved the screened in Porch on the backside of the house facing the Marsh. It was so peaceful watching some of the many species of birds to include Heron and Pelican. The easy walk to the beach is approximately 75 to 100 yards by private access across a nice walkway over the dunes. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhood in this peaceful Beach-Side community. The resort itself is immaculate with numerous palm trees, a lake and perfectly manicured lawns. Bike and Walk trails cover the entire property. South Carolina is my home and after annual visits for decades, Litchfield Beach is what I consider in the top three premiere beaches of the entire Grand Strand strip. My wife and I stayed at this home a couple of nights in March 2011 for a weekend getaway and cannot wait to return for our vacation in May. Reservations already secured. There are many nice restaurants, grocery stores and shopping areas just minutes away. This was the perfect stay for us and we love this home and location. Our experience in securing reservations with the owner was very pleasant. If you like watching wildlife, visit Huntington Beach next door for at least a half day or more; $5 per adult.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
