Caladesi Island, rated the fifth best beach in the US in 2003,is accessible by public ferry or private boat. Honeymoon Island State Park and public beach is less than a five minute drive from the villa. Dunedin is the spring training site of the Toronto Blue Jays professional baseball team. Visitors to charming downtown Dunedin can stroll brick sidewalks while stopping in fine restaurants, antique stores and art galleries. Called "Delightfully Different," Dunedin offers visitors a unique experience. Dunedin is steeped in Scottish heritage, bringing an international flavor to the area through varied cuisine, has an open waterfront and boasts over 1,400 acres of unspoiled park land and view of the Gulf of Mexico.
The villa features second floor living quarters, with a bonus recreation room downstairs, screened-in balcony and downstairs porch, carpeted bedroom floors, and non-smoking environment. Second floor living quarters includes kitchen with breakfast nook, dining area, wet bar in living room, fireplace, bedrooms, and baths. Washer and dryer are in the unit.
