  Thank you so much for making my first VRBO experience so easy. I really can not thank you enough for going completely above and beyond for me! The 'goddesses' and I had a wonderful time at your beautiful condo. It was clean (we would never have guessed that an animal was ever in it!) and had a great location. It was the perfect getaway! Everything that we needed was provided....a true home away from home.

  We just left Tybee Island yesterday. Our stay in your condo was just the best. We had no problem with anything at all. We brought our dog and he loved it too. Usually when you stay somewhere that accepts dogs its iffy at best--but not here. You cannot even tell there has ever even been a dog there-AMAZING. The condo itself is very comfortable, the jacuzzi tub was a nice touch. I would like to say thanks Maureen for making every transaction easy and quick for us. If we come back we will definitely stay here. Thanks again!!

  This was the most wonderful condo!! All of the decorative touches made it feel like home. We felt safe and everything was convenient. It is literally steps from the beach. Everything was as it was described in the VRBO ad. Maureen was super to work with! She is very pleasant and helpful. The entire Beachside Colony was quiet and clean. We go to Tybee every single summer and feel as though we have finally found our home away from home. Looking forward to another great vacation next year...although, we may make a trip in the fall. Thanks, Maureen, for everything. I highly recommend this property. P.S. The elevator was a great amenity.

  If you love the beach and are into learning about the history of the South, this is the place for you! My husband and I were able to hang out on the beach (just steps away from the condo) in the morning and then hop in the car and explore Savannah, climb through forts, lighthouses, and funky little shops. This condo has everything you could possibly need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. It is clean, cheery and comfortable. Maureen makes sure that you truly feel at home during your visit. We did the Capt. Mike's Dolphin Tour, took advantage of the Old Town Trolley tour to get around Savannah, and spent an afternoon at Ft. Pulaski. The staff at Marlin Monroe's were absolutely terrific - as were the grouper tacos! We were able to get reservations at Sundae Cafe -- probably one of the best meals we have ever eaten! Thank you for a truly wonderful anniversary celebration! Rosemary and Tom

  We spent 8 sun filled days in this beautiful condo. It was our 1st time in Tybee and we will be making it part of our vacation plans every year. The folks that own this condo keep it in great shape and it really felt like our home for the week. Maureen was wonderful to work with and went well beyond what is expected. We spent every day on the beach enjoying the calm surf and then back to the pool for a late afternoon swim for the kids and a cocktail for mom and dad. My 2 sons were wiped out by dinner time every day from having so much fun! This condo was perfect for our family of 4 and we will be back again next year.

  We loved the comfort of this condo. It was decorated so"beachy" and fun that we enjoyed being inside reading a book! Of course being so close to the ocean was great too, not to mention the 3 pools. We will definitely being staying here again. Thank you Maureen for letting us have the extra few hours and the end of our stay.

  My family and I traveled to Savannah, GA for the Rock N Roll Marathon and loved our stay at "Beachy Keen!" The condo fit our every need and just as the description says, its only steps away from the beach. The condo offered all that we were looking for and then some! The owners were an absolute joy to work with and we hope to come back and stay again next year!!

  What a great condo! We just got back from being at Tybee since last Saturday. The condo is all as described and more. We could not have asked for anything more (maybe a few more TV channels) then this condo has to offer. Everything is provided, location is great and the condo is huge and very clean and well maintained. We were able to bring our dog and that made it even better. Maureen was great to work with. Maureen - thank you for everything and thank you for letting us add one more night to our trip. We spent the whole day at the beach soaking up the sun. We will be considering this condo again for future visits to Tybee. Tybee Island itself is a really cool little beach town! Highly recommend staying at this condo. We also enjoyed Huc-a-poos (local hangout). Would also recommend a day trip to Savannah.

  Everything was as described. Condo was beachy, cheerfuly, and very clean. It was stocked with matching higher quality kitchen ware, owners was so thoughtful to leave us a supply essential items like trashbags, papertowels, dish soap, and hand soap. Beach was so close, but unlike my husband who can spend hours there, I enjoyed sitting on the sofa and reading, looking at the condo's decorations, and looking out outside at bright buildings and palm trees. Not a view of the beach, but certainly pleasantly different from the one at home. Would highly recommend staying here. Great dinner at the Sundae Cafe, reservations suggested.

  Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway.

  My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed on Tybee. The HUGE balcony and jacuzzi tub in the master bath were welcome surprises. The location of the condo is perfect for a family. It is close enough to walk to the beach, shopping, pier, etc. but far enough away to avoid the rowdy night time crowd. I especially appreciated the parking lot. Many lots in Tybee are hard to get into/out of with a SUV, but this was perfect. We will definitely look to rent here again. :) GREAT place! Highly recommended!

50% of the total is due when reserving.  The balance due two weeks before arrival.
