With balcony access from both bedrooms and the great room, you will never disturb the rest of your family when drinking that morning coffee or late night beverage. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with a private bath and Jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom, with its own private bathroom, has twin beds and a twin-size trundle bed, plus a large walk-in closet.
The great room invites you to sit back and enjoy one of the many DVD movies we have provided or access the or WiFi Internet. Additional guests may sleep on the queen-size, convertible sofa sleeper. A fully equipped kitchen features a Corian countertop with breakfast bar and three bar stools. An additional half bath is located off the kitchen.
Other amenities,include four folding beach chairs, 2 extra folding chairs, and a huge balcony (202 square feet), furnished with a patio table, 6 chairs, a beverage table, and a lounge chair for sun bathing.

Palm Beach Condominiums has been a part of our lives since 2001 when we purchased our two bedroom unit in pre-construction. We have watched the area grow and develop into a vacation paradise featuring our beautiful white sand beaches. We have weathered natural disasters like Hurricane Ivan. which came ashore in 2004 which devastated our community as well as human disasters like the BP Oil Spill. Our beaches are still beautiful and we hope you will enjoy your time at Palm Beach.

This condo exceeded my expectations. It is tastefully decorated, very clean, and there are a multitude of personal touches that make you feel like you are staying in someone's home. The owner was very cordial to deal with, and he even called the first day to make sure everything was ok. The property is well maintained and beautiful! I definitely plan to check this unit's availability first, the next time I plan a trip to Orange Beach.

We loved this condo. It was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The owner was very accomodating and made us feel very welcome with a phone call to check in after our arrival. We look forward to staying here again and again!

We loved it! This unit was SUPER, fully supplied kitchen with everything you could need, spacious,and did not disappoint. The weather made us very concerned about our vacation because of a tropical storm development but it turned out that we had perfect weather! We packed movies for our 2 year old however, his favorites were already at the condo. How convenient!!! Our days were spent relaxing on the beach and at the pool. Our toddler had a wonderful time and we couldn't have asked for anything better except MORE TIME THERE! We love it and are looking forward to renting from Bob and Nancy again. This was our 3rd stay at Palm Beach, last year we did not stay in one of their units and were very disappointed....that won't happen again. Their feedback and transactions were immediate. Bob even called once we were in and settled to make sure all was okay! Very Sincerely, The Bakers Warrrr Eagle!!!!

Mornings were spent drinking coffee on the balcony and walking on the beach, and afternoons poolside or shopping. Our first walk on the beach included seeing turtle hatchlings going from the sand into the ocean, lots of blue crabs, and seashells. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the condo. It was very comfortable, clean and relaxing. We tried many of the restaurants recommended by the owners and locals and ate shrimp three times a day.

We had a great stay at your condo. Everything was just as advertised if not better. This was our 3rd visit to Orange Beach and this condo was by far the nicest we have stayed in. This was a large condo and we had room to spread out. My wife was pleased with how clean the place was. Our 8 yr. old daughter spent hours in the jacuzzi. I think you could play racquet ball in the shower. The condo had everything we needed from plenty of towels to a blender that would crush rocks. The view from the balcony was awesome. The review booklet of local restaurants was handy. Thanks for sharing your place with us. We'll be back...

This condo was perfect! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Bob was great to work with and even called us after our arrival to make sure everything was as expected. We had a wonderful time at Palm Beach. Our two teenage girls enjoyed the beach in the morning, the pool in the afternoon and made a lot of new friends. We particularly enjoyed Tacky Jacks (the Reds are great!), Lulu's, Wolf Bay at Zeke's and the girls loved the Hangout. Looking so forward to next year! We'll be back!

We have just returned from a fabulous time at the beach. The condo was wonderful, it has anything you could ever possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you could imagine as well as storage containers perfect for leftovers. It was also nice not to have to pack beach chairs as they were provided in the spare bedroom closet. The DVD collection was also a fantastic added bonus. We have small children and there were plenty of movies to keep them occupied while unpacking, cooking, etc. The view from the condo was also perfect. The property owner was wonderful to deal with, he even called to check in on us after arrival to make sure everything was as we expected. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Our family, 2 adults and 2 teenagers, had a wonderful time at Palm Beach during Spring Break! We enjoyed the beach, the restaurants, the pools, and the condo was excellent. The boys enjoyed the over 100 DVD collection of movies at night, while mom and dad enjoyed the peaceful balcony with wine and cheese! We own a time share in Colorado and have traveled around the world, and yet right here in our own home state of Alabama we discovered Palm Beach! Thanks

Property and location was wonderful. Everything was just as it was described. The accommodations were VERY clean, and came with tons of extras... from a huge movie library to every kind of kitchen electronic vital to a vacation. All dealings with the owner were flawless and professional. I would definitely recommend this property to most anyone.
