  My husband and I stayed here just last week. As soon as you walk into the room you can smell and see that it's extremely clean and well maintained. The sunsets are like nothing you have ever seen before! We went to lunch at the Beach House and Anna Marie Pier- we would recommend both. If you want to stay on the beach or in your room for dinner- which we did you can order out- Oma's pizza was fast and good. My husband created a small problem with a light bulb in the room and he called Michelle the owner regarding the matter and she had maintenance up to our room with in 15 minutes and the problem was fixed- then maintenance sent house keeping in to clean up the dust that was left (which needed a paper towel and water). I have recommend By The C to my girlfriend for her honeymoon! We hope to be back very soon! Kenny and Jackie Milwaukee, Wi

  This immaculate studio apartment was perfect for us. It is a large room and truly does have the Gulf and beach right outside the window. The heated pool and provided beach lounge chairs are great. The office staff for the building were very helpful and nicely remind "no glass containers in the pool" so they are paying attention. The kitchen is small of course but we never had to go out to breakfast or lunch due to having a Publix a short drive away and a balcony for our private dining. We could not take a full 7 days off so renting by the night was perfect. The owner Michelle is very helpful and will answer any questions while you are doing your research.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

  This was a family time with my elderly mother who loves the beach but has become more limited mobility. Because of the convenient location, we were able to get her to the beach most mornings and she loved putting puzzles together or watching the birds from the balcony. Her murphy bed provided comfortable sleeping and kept her close to us through the stay. We were able to enjoy local island favorites like the City Pier, and to another local favorite Anna Maria Rest just a short drive thru Cortez. Hearing the sounds of water were so relaxing to us in the midst of a busy year. Owners were great to work with since we didn't know if mother would be able to travel until the last minute. Nothing like the peace of being on the beach as the sun was setting, feeling the gentle breeze and watching the birds. We'd highly recommend the location to anyone and this particular unit. Even the pool was nice as an alternative to the beach from time to time.

  This place was perfect! It was roomy for a studio unit, clean and has a fabulous view of the Gulf. The owners are wonderful and respond quickly to emails. Easy to book and pay. We were so happy with our first visit, we'll be renting this place again next year!

  This is the second visit to Anna Maria Island for my daughter and myself, and the first for my mother and stepfather, although they both stated that it would not be their last, on the island or in the condo. We were visiting for my nephew's graduation and although at one time or another, there were three adults and one teenager in this studio condo, we did not feel cramped at all, and the views from the balcony more than made up for any lack of space we may have had. The owner is the easiest I have ever worked with, and was always prompt at answering emails, and assisting me with my parking concerns. The complex is under new management, and provided a daily towel exchange that was great. The beach itself could not have been better. We were in the water every day, and had a blast. I cannot say enough good things about this unit or the owner, and we will definitely return.

  The good: Location Pictures/ descriptions accurately depicted Owners quick to respond to any issues Beach chairs/cooler/umbrella The bad: Last guest must have really liked the forks because there was only one fork (with bent prongs) provided The ugly: Sheets had permanent stains Bath floor mat was dirty but nicely folded Took a shower dried off with towel only to find a disgusting huge yellow mystery stain on it. Overall: We made the best of our trip considering the rough start. The owners were quick to respond to issues- providing new sheets, towels and silverware. Which is why I gave them 3 stars. I'm not sure whose at fault for the "dirty" linens (hotel management or owners) Make sure you check the linens/towels out before you use.

  Owner response: The cleaning crew of the management company that placed the linens in the room has been terminated because of this problem. I was extremely upset when the guest called me and the management took them new linens immediately since they are on site. I only live 10 miles from my condo and had stopped in 2 days earlier and there were 8 forks-I guess the next guest "borrowed " them before this guest's arrival or they got thrown away by accident The onsite management staff took forks to the guest immediately after I received an email. And 8 new forks have a new home in this unit. This was an unfortunate incident and will not occur again.

  We stayed the last week of February for our first visit to Anna Maria Island. The view from the balcony was amazing. We loved the studio condo, which was much larger than expected. Our overall experience was wonderful, and one we plan to repeat.

  I am so glad we chose to come to Anna Maria Island. Everything we needed was very close and easy to get to. The room and the pool area were clean and well taken care of. It was a studio room but everything we needed was there. The view of the ocean from the balcony was fabulous. You just can't get a better view. The pool area was wonderful, a nice place to sit and read. We usually stay in the Tampa St Pete area, but this is my new favorite spot. Working with Michelle was great and she was available to answer any questions I had. Martha

  We stayed in this very nice condo to cap off a week of traveling and a cruise, so we were looking for relaxation, and could not have chosen a better place. The condo was larger than I expected a studio/condo to be, and the three of us (my husband, 14 year old, and myself) had plenty of room. The Murphy bed was a very nice touch and was much more comfortable for our daughter than the pull outs she usually has to sleep on when we vacation. Michelle is very easy to work with, and added amenities that are usually not found in a condo. It has been a long time since I could actually hear the gulf from the balcony since most of the beaches we vacation at are far from the surf, even if they are beachfront. We were literally steps from the water, and I was often lulled to sleep listening to the waves. I cannot say enough about this condo and the island of Anna Maria, but I can guarantee that it will not be the only time we will visit, and I will not hesitate to rent from Michelle and Toby again. Thank you so much for a wonderful few days. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

3 Day Minimum During Holiday Weekends-Includes Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day

Fees:

• Exit Cleaning Fee: $50
• Tax Rate 11.5%

Cancellation policy:

1. Deposits are required to secure your reservation, the amount is 25% of the total price which includes the rental rate, 11.5% sales tax and exit cleaning fee. The deposit will be deducted from your final payment. Balance is due at least 1 day prior to your arrival. 2. The name that will appear on your credit card statement is By The C. ,LLC. 3. Arrivals and Departures: Check-In Time is 3:00pm and Check -Out Time is 11:00am. If you arrive after the downstairs office is closed, there is a Keybox to the right of the office door where your keys will be located. The resort is located at 2412 Gulf Drive North, Bradenton Beach, fl 34217. 4. Refunds: I will send you a full refund for your deposit via company check for situations out of your control: health, local hurricanes, family emergencies. No refunds will be given for no shows or early departures. 5. Pets are not permitted in my condos as the resort has a no pet policy. There is a $100.00 charge if a violation occurs. 6. Smoking is not permitted inside the condos. You may smoke on your private balcony or around the pool. There is a $100.00 charge if a violation occurs. 7. Please note that the daily and weekly rates are subject to a surcharge during Holiday periods which includes the periods listed below: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve. 8. The maximum occupancy is a party of 4 in each studio.
