  This Condo is what is advertisd - clean, well maintained (we can verify since A/C unit was serviced when we were there and new drapes put in), and we would recommend to family and friends. A good location and a beautiful view of the Ocean and Waikiki beach. The unit has the basics one would expect with typical kitchen equipment - but not a gourmet kitchen. Having been to Waikiki several times and always staying in a condo, we can honestly say this one is the quietest so you should get a great nights sleep. We had a rental vehicle for the duration of our trip and the onsite parking in this building is a huge plus! The only thing the unit lacked that we use in our travels - a safe! Maybe there will be one for our next visit?

  This location is perfect! Not only is it just steps from the famous Waikiki Beach, but also steps away from wonderful shops, fine dining restaurants, the historic Royal Hawaiian and Mauna Surfrider hotels, local markets selling fresh organic fruits and vegetables. Inside the property boasts impressive interior detail (including fine Italian marble in the bathrooms and stainless steal appliances) which made my stay charming and comfortable. Many upgrades have been made that make this condo feel luxurious! The views from the master bedroom and living room will take your breath away. It was enjoyable having the choice to stay in and make a home cooked meal while overlooking all the action on Waikiki beach.. I would re-rent this property in a heart beat.. What a great experience!!

  My husband and I, along with our friends, another couple, made the very smart decision to stay at Mike's apartment in Waikiki when we were invited to a destination wedding. We were thrilled! The apartment is exactly as presented in the listing description except for one thing- the photos can't capture the amazing view! To stand, or sit, on the Lanai at the end of a fabulous day of sightseeing or surfing or shopping with a G and T or Mai tai in hand, poured over ice (thanks to the wonderful ice maker in the amazing kitchen), watching a stunning sunset, is bliss! To cover the practicalities - we found the price to be very competitive and so much better than you get for a hotel room. The position of the apartment is truly great. Close enough to the major shopping areas to walk, yet a block outside the nighttime hubbub. We were spoiled for choice for restaurants, shops ( both high end and convenience) and hotels. We could stroll to the Outrigger to catch up with the wedding party in a few minutes. We were close to public transport and the car hire place was just downstairs - a convertible ride to the north shore is a must! The apartment was beautifully clean and the inclusions would fill a book! Lots of linen, everything possible in the kitchen and lots of beach towels for our surfer husbands who just had to wander across the road to grab a board and catch a wave. Mike was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. His replies to our emails were always prompt, which is a big plus when you are dealing with different time zones! Nothing was a problem and he is understandably proud of his Waikiki Ocean View condo. We have already recommended Mike's apartment to friends and hope to get back there again soon ourselves. Our advice about Mike's Apartment? "Book it Danno - book it!"

  steve your condo was heaven sent.Could not have been happier with the location and views,beds and and the space.The property was clean and well maintained and both bathrooms were modern.The only negative thing I would say is that the kitchen was very dated..In a heart beat I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting great accomodation on Wiakiki beach.There was 5 people in our party and all of us couldn't believe how close to everything we were.

  We had a fantastic experience at this newly remodeled condo. The view is fantastic, it's very spacious, and the interiors are lovely. My favorite part was waking up and seeing all of the surfers and boats from the bedroom window. Our 4 and 6 year old kids loved that there was a TV in every room. We ate several meals on the lanai to take in the view. The location is also super convenient! You can walk to everything, and the beach that's across the street was perfect for our young children. I'd definitely stay here again when visiting Waikiki.

  Thank you Mike for an awesome stay in your Condo. We enjoyed our time there so very much! We stayed for 16 nights as a family of four and some days our teenage girls were so happy with the condo, they wanted just to stay in and relax instead of venturing out for the day! The Condo was clean, looked just like the photo's did on the internet, was very comfortable and the view - well words just don't do it justice - it was spectacular! The concierge and valet staff were exceptional too, their service was outstanding! The location too was amazing - right in the heart of the Waikiki strip and so handy to all our favourite restaurants and of course the beach just across the road. We definately want to stay again when we get the chance to return to beautiful Hawaii! Thank you again for being part of making our trip one we will never forget! Sent with Aloho - Tracy

  Condo was absolutely perfect! It was even more beautiful in person than in pictures. View from balcony was breathtaking and the location was fabulous. You could step right out the door and be at beautiful Waikiki Beach or walk to all the best shops to be found. The trolley stop was just a block away so you could easily get to any place you wanted to go and never have to drive if you didn't want to. We loved our time her and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone else or better yet, return ourselves!

  Having been already duly impressed by the video and photos of this property online, we were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival to discover that the reality actually exceeded expectations. The ocean/beach views were absolutely stunning! That alone was worth the 'price of admission.' Tastefully decorated with quality furnishings, spotlessly clean and comfortable, we instantly felt at home in our home away from home. The location was perfect, the beach directly across the street, shopping and activities right at our doorstep. For those who like to do their own cooking, the kitchen is most accomodating having quality appliances and an excellent array of pots/pans/cooking utensils. When a blender top cracked, and a can opener malfunctioned, we were well serviced by the property with replacements the very next morning. We will definitely highly recommend this property without any hesitation to friends and relatives. The next time we visit Waikiki, this splendid condo will be our first consideration.

  My family and I, 4 adults and a 2 year old were very impressed with the condo. The location was safe and convienient for going to the beach, walking to shops and restaurants and having its own parking was very helpful for days trips around the island. The condo's amenities, layout, and view were even better than described. We would highly recommend this property for a stay in Hawaii. All of the arrangements for our arrival and departure were smoothly organized.

  This beautiful condo is better than advertised. Our 6 year old son said it was "excellent, awesome and fantastic great!" and kids totally tell the truth in these matters. The view from the condo is gorgeous. The Master Bedroom has a direct ocean view and sleeping to the sound of waves is a heavenly experience! It's right across the street from Waikiki, a wonderful section of beach of Waikiki. The condo is newly renovated and clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. I am a very pick vrbo client and this condo is absolutely wonderful. We'll be back. Thank you Mike!!!
